The Points Dash promotion will run from 10:00am Monday 1 December 2025 until 9:45pm Thursday 18 December 2025. During this period Members will have the opportunity to redeem or use their West HQ loyalty points to earn virtual entry tickets for a chance to win a share of $20,000 in the Points Dash Mega Draw held on Thursday 18 December 2025.
Members can earn entries through two methods:
• Entry Method A – F&B Redemptions
• Entry Method B – WYMAC Promotional Terminals
This promotion operates for a continuous period of 18 days.

Eligibility
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion. Members must be on site to participate.
ENTRY METHOD A – F&B REDEMPTIONS
Entry Period
From 1 December 2025 to 17 December 2025 (inclusive), West HQ members may earn entries into the Points Dash Mega Draw by redeeming their West HQ loyalty points when making purchases at participating Food and Beverage outlets within the venue (Outlets listed below).
1. Members will receive one (1) virtual entry ticket for every 500 loyalty points redeemed in a single transaction.
2. Points must be redeemed at the time of purchase to qualify for virtual entry tickets. Points cannot be added retrospectively to earn entries.
3. Virtual entry tickets will be automatically allocated to the member’s account once the eligible transaction is completed.
4. There is no limit to the number of virtual entry tickets a member may earn through eligible redemptions during the promotional period.
1. For every 500 points used on F&B purchases or eligible transactions, members will automatically receive one entry ticket into the $20k Mega Draw on the 18th December

ENTRY METHOD B – WYMAC BUNDLES
Members may obtain additional entries through WYMAC terminals by redeeming their West HQ loyalty points for eligible WYMAC Bundles during the Promotion Period. Each eligible WYMAC Bundle redemption will automatically generate the corresponding number of virtual entry tickets into the $20K Mega Draw on 18 December 2025.
Members may redeem points for WYMAC Bundles from 10:00am Monday 1 December 2025 until 9:40pm Thursday 18 December 2025, immediately prior to the final draw in the $20K Mega Draw.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.

3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member's card, tampering with the entry system, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business

Terms and Conditions
17. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any alterations will be made to run the promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter's decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
20. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
21. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Subject to the law, no cash will be given out after 10pm.
2. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
3. It is the patron's responsibility to:
a. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they hear the announcing of winners
b. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they can physically present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes should their entry be drawn.
c. Present their West HQ Loyal card to claim their prize.
4. On evenings when there is a regular promotion running in parallel - the PointsDashMega Drawwill take precedence, and the regular promotion draw will take place immediately after concluding the Bonanza draw process.
5. West HQ Gift Cards
a. Gift cards available to purchase via points are: West HQ Gift Cards, Woolworths and Visa.
b. Values will consist of $25, $50, and $100
6. Points Burn Shop
a. For this section of the promotion the points burn shop is not ‘prize’ or ‘random/luck' based
b. This is entirely rule based with a published “price” list of items where each available item has an allocated points value. Upon selection to purchase that points value will be removed from the Eligible Member’s West HQ Loyal Card.
7. NO points can be purchased.
8. Visitors are not eligible, this promotion is open to West HQ Loyal Members Only
9. Only West HQ Loyal reward points can be used to purchase items in the Points Burn Shop, and only the items available in the stock list are eligible for purchase.
10. When purchasing an item, the member will receive a 50% discount as outlined in the West HQ Loyal Program.
11. West HQ does not accept responsibility if a purchased item is stolen or lost on West HQ premises after the purchase is made.

12. It is the sole responsibility of the member to transport their purchased item(s) safely from the Point-of-Sale location to offsite West HQ premises or to their vehicle.
