End Date + Time: Wednesday 31st December 2025, 11:59pm (Alcohol sales at Points burn shop will cease at 11pm)
Promotional Period:
• Points burn shop:
o The Points Burn Shop will be available every day except 25th December (ChristmasDay)from 10am until 11pm.
• Points Burn at F&B Outlets
o Members will be able to use their points at F&B outlets for the whole month of December
Eligibility
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years and hold a West HQ Loyal rewards card (Eligible Members) may enter this promotion.
Validity
• Please note that NO points can be purchased.
• Visitors are not eligible unless they hold a valid WHQ Loyal Rewards Card with sufficient loyalty points.
• Only West HQ Loyal reward points can be used to purchase items in the Points Burn Shop, and only the items available in the stock list are eligible for purchase.
• When purchasing an item, the member will receive a 50% discount as outlined in the West HQ Loyal Program.

• West HQ does not accept responsibility if a purchased item is stolen or lost on West HQ premises after the purchase is made.
• It is the sole responsibility of the member to transport their purchased item(s) safely from the Point-of-Sale location to offsite West HQ premises or to their vehicle.

How to Redeem
Points Burn Shop
• Member’s will need to take their Loyal card to the Cashier Desk on the gaming floor where they will be able to select from a variety of items and purchase them using their accumulated points.
Gift Cards – Customer Service
• Gift cards will be available for purchase via the Customer Service Desk.
• West HQ Gift Cards will be valid for 3 months after purchase
F&B Points Burn
• Members can use points to purchase items at participating F&B outlets during the month of December.

Details
There are no prizes or random/luck-based promotions. This is entirely rule based with a published “price” list of items where each available item has an allocated points value. Upon selection to purchase that points value will be removed from the Eligible Member’s West HQ Loyal Card.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.

d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
4. 'Tutti Frutti' promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: swiping another member's card, tampering with the entry system, providing false information, engaging in disruptive behaviour, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business
17. West HQ reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions only in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, regulatory compliance requirements, or technical issues that prevent the promotion from operating as intended. Any alterations will be made to run the promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption. Any material changes will be communicated to members via appropriate signage and announcements.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
