Promotion Periods
Promotion will run from 6am on Monday 1 September 2025 to 11.59pm on Tuesday 30 September 2025. This promotion is open to individuals who are not currently members of ONE55. • The waived joining fee offer is available to non-members aged 14 years and over. • The free week pass is available to non-members aged 18 years and over only. 1. The promotion will run between the dates specified above. 2. Members who choose to “Save $99” (no joining fee) must sign up to either the 12-Month Lock-In Contract, 18-Month Lock-In Contract or No Lock-In Contract Memberships. 3. The member must complete all required membership details, including the PreExercise Questionnaire (PEQ), and submit these to a ONE55 staff member. 4. ONE55 staff will process the membership contract for the selected term from the sign-up date. 5. If the membership is transferred or amended during the agreed contract period, an admin fee will apply. 6. If the membership is terminated before the contract end date, the member will be liable to pay any applicable early termination fees, as outlined in the membership agreement. 7. Members who choose the “Free Week Pass” will be eligible to access all facilities (excluding Reformer Pilates) and may visit as often as they like over seven consecutive days. 8. Participants must provide full contact details as per the ONE55 sign-up process, including completion of the PEQ. These details will be retained by ONE55. 9. The pass is valid for seven consecutive days from the date of issue (Day 1 of 7). 10. The pass holder may access all eligible facilities (excluding Reformer Pilates) as many times as they like during the seven days. 11. Passes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value. 12. ONE55 / West HQ reserves the right to verify the validity of applicants (including but not limited to identity and age). If a customer cannot provide suitable proof of identification, then we reserve the right to issue no pass. 13. A record of all passes issued will be kept. 14. Pass holders agree to be contacted at the end of the trial for feedback and a membership offer. If a 12- or 18-month Lock-In Contract is signed within the seven-day trial period, the $99 joining fee will be waived. 15.
