Entry to the raffle prize draw will be open from Sunday 9 March 2025 at 1:30pm until Sunday 9 March 2025 at 3:30pm.
Who may enter
Customers who buy a ticket to take part in the Kinderfest 2024 event will receive one entry into a raffle prize draw.
How to enter/play
1. Participants will become eligible upon purchasing a ticket for the Kinderfest event. 2. Participants will collect a raffle prize ticket upon entry to the Kinderfest event on the above date. 3. One entry to the draw will be issued for each child registered – so if one parent brings two children that parent will have two entries to the draw. 4. SGAC will maintain a record of all ticket holders until the promotion end time (see above). 5. The Event Leader will randomly draw two ticket numbers and announce them for the winners to collect their prize on the day. 6. The Event Leader will contact the winning member in the following week using the contact details provided if the winner/s are not still present on the day at the time of the prize draw. 7. If the winner is uncontactable within 7 days the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. 8. This process will continue until two ticket holders claim the prizes.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final. 2. West HQ staff to run, compere and staff the ‘Kinderfest Prize Draw’ promotion. 3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
