Format : Issue of printed tickets to member with range of tickets sold entered into West HQ promotion laptop for random draw to be made using the software and displayed on large screen in ESB.
Tutti Frutti contracted from 10am as members will arrive at 10.01am One hour before start (10-11am) Purchase of bingo cards 11am / 12.30 Games begin Break around 40 mins later
Who may enter How to enter
Structure : West HQ will provide a laptop for use as the calling system which also acts as the visual display. All equipment required is contained on a movable trolley which is kept in the Promotions Room except when in use for bingo sessions.
After resuming bingo continues until all 10 games have been completed. Members and visitors may participate. Cost charged is $2 for members, $4 for visitors. 1. Turn up and play
