Please note that NO points can be purchased. Visitors are not eligible unless they hold a valid WHQ Loyal Rewards Card with sufficient loyalty points. Only West HQ Loyal reward points can be used to purchase items in the Points Burn Shop, and only the items available in the stock list are eligible for purchase. When purchasing an item, the member will receive a 50% discount as outlined in the West HQ Loyal Program. See website for details westhq.com.au. West HQ does not accept responsibility if a purchased item is stolen or lost on West HQ premises after the purchase is made. It is the sole responsibility of the member to transport their purchased item(s) safely from the Point-of-Sale location to offsite West HQ premises or to their vehicle. The member should take their Loyal card to the Cashier Desk on the gaming floor where they will be able to select from a variety of items, and purchase them using their accumulated points. Gift cards will be available for purchase via the Customer Service Desk.

This is entirely rule based with a published “price” list of items where each available item has an allocated points value.
