The library will be initially stocked with 20 EAL books spanning four reading levels.

Sok Chhom, who currently studies English at South West TAFE, was among a large crowd that gathered for Wednesday morning’s official opening. “This is a very special library and one that will be very much appreciated by many in the community,” she said.
