And it wouldn’t be the Koroit Irish Festival without the iconic Spud Trilogy - which includes picking, peeling and eating competitions involving Koroit and Ireland’s most famous vegetable. “The Village Green on the Saturday afternoon is just magic; so much fun,” Mrs MacDonald said. “It really encompasses what the festival is all about, everyone loves it.” Mrs MacDonald will be joined in hosting the Village Green activities by fellow committee members Kyra Gillespie and Isabella Dare.
