Our Superior rooms (40 m²) offer spacious comfort and a modern, business-like appearance. Each room has a comfortable sitting area, an Avek bed and a spacious bathroom with bath and/or walk-in shower.

With a generous size of 25m² to 30m², high ceilings and a loft-like concept, these rooms exude a unique atmosphere. Each room has its own character and features a beautiful Italian designer bathroom. Philips' rich history is reflected in every Superior Loft, creating a charming connection.
Room types
The Mathilde building is fully renovated in 2025 and will offer spacious, modern rooms. The spacious studios are located on the Lichtplein, where the WellCome Wellness and fitness centre is also located.
SUPERIOR DELUXE
Enjoy our fully renovated Superior Deluxe Room (40 m²), equipped with individual air conditioning and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Relax in a comfortable Avek bed or in the spacious sitting area. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a bath and/or walk-in shower. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Eindhoven city centre or the Philips Stadium.
STUDIO (FROM 5 NIGHTS)
Our Studio (65 m2) has everything you need for a long stay. The Studio has its own fully equipped kitchen, including crockery/kitchen utensils and ample cupboard space. Use our laundry room to do your own washing or choose to outsource your laundry to our professional dry cleaner/laundry service. In addition, the Studios have their own entrance and exit.
