TERMS & CONDITIONS Sponsorship fees will be invoiced 60-90 days prior to the event or sponsorship start date and are due upon receipt or earlier if requested. Advertising sponsorships will be invoiced by February 1. The ALL IN Investor discount does not apply to Presenting, Co-Presenting, Corporate, Host, or any sponsorship level with only one sponsorship available, including vendor or table sponsorships. A price increase will apply if a sponsorship is secured after the sponsorship drive ends. Certain sponsorships may require approval from Chamber management. Refer to your signed contract for any additional terms and conditions that may apply.
TOTAL RESOURCE CAMPAIGN The Chamber’s Total Resource Campaign (TRC), ConnectIn, is annual fall campaign where Chamber members volunteer to market sponsorship opportunities and recruit new members. It's the exclusive period for members to access sponsorship opportunities, helping businesses plan their marketing budgets and learn about Chamber programs for the upcoming year. All sponsorships are for 2027.
