• The Whitecaps will provide your group with name tags for your hospitality area. This name tag will serve as your deck ticket and “food pass” for the remainder of your event. • IMPORTANT: An estimated head count for food is due no later than TWO (2) weeks prior to your event date. Your group is responsible for paying 80% of that guaranteed number or the number of BBQ passes used, whichever is greater.
• Payment for food is due on or before your event date. • Michigan’s 6% sales tax is not included with the menu prices. • Gratuity is not included with the menu price and is completely optional. • The Whitecaps accept cash, check and all major credit cards as form of payment.
PRE-PAYMENT DETAILS: • If your group is able to pre-pay for your meals at least TWO (2) weeks prior to your event date, you will receive a 10% discount on your total food bill. (gratuity not included) Payment must be received at time of order to receive discount.
