Adjusting Filters in the VMI List

This guide illustrates how to access and filter VMI data.

Step 1

Access the VMI List

From the left-hand column, select VMI List

Step 4

Select Additional Filters (Optional)

Additional filtering options include:

a. Column Header Filter

Apply Filters Select Filter directly above the list of materials.

Step 3

Choose Your Filters Select one or more filters to narrow down the data.

*You can apply multiple filters at once for more precise results.

Select a column header. This will organize the entries in alphabetical or numerical order, depending on the type of data.

*This method only allows filtering one column at a time.

Step 4

b. Dropdown Filters

Use the dropdowns above the Filter button to refine your list by:

• Site

• Sub-Site

• Supplier

• Shipto (most used)

• Spoke

Please Note

• Any labels printed from the VMI List will reflect the current sort and filter order.

• Similar filtering options are available across most features in eStock’s left-hand menu and work the same way.
