Dear Members,

As we move through another exciting year at Wenty Leagues, it is pleasing to reflect on the continued progress being made across our Club. While members enjoy the events, entertainment and hospitality that make Wenty Leagues an incredible destination, there is also a great deal of work taking place behind the scenes to ensure we continue building a strong and sustainable future.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Over recent months, your Board has continued to focus on the long-term direction of the Club. Through ongoing strategic planning, we are committed to investing in initiatives that strengthen the member experience, support our community and ensure Wenty Leagues remains a place where future generations can gather, connect and create lasting memories.

It is particularly encouraging to see the continued growth of our dining and entertainment offering, alongside the exciting progress of our partnership with the Dedes Waterfront Group. These investments reflect our commitment to providing diverse experiences that appeal to all members while reinforcing our position as a leading community club.

Equally important is the role we continue to play within our local community. Through our Heart of Wenty initiatives, support of local organisations and the dedication of our staff and volunteers, we remain

committed to making a positive difference both inside and beyond the Club's walls.

Dear Members,

As we head into spring, it's wonderful to reflect on another busy and rewarding few months at Wenty Leagues. Winter has been filled with fantastic events, strong community engagement and plenty of opportunities for members to come together, and we're excited to carry that momentum into the months ahead.

One of the things that continues to make me most proud is seeing our Club evolve while staying true to what matters most, creating memorable experiences for our members. Whether you've joined us for live entertainment, enjoyed a meal with family and friends, taken part in one of our promotions or simply stopped in for a coffee, every visit shapes the community that makes Wenty Leagues so special.

Behind the scenes, our team has remained focused on continuing to enhance the member experience across every part of the Club. From the exciting progress of our partnership with the Dedes Waterfront Group and the impending opening of Alati, to the ongoing development of new initiatives that recognise and reward our members, we're committed to ensuring Wenty continues to evolve alongside the needs of our community.

The months ahead are shaping up to be another exciting period, with

Father's Day celebrations, footy finals, outstanding entertainment, family activities during the school holidays and a fantastic line-up of dining experiences still to come. Whatever brings you through our doors, we look forward to welcoming you and helping create more great memories.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

We proudly hosted Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, bringing together members, guests and staff to support Cancer Council and raise funds for Australians affected by cancer. The event was a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together in support of an important cause.

Guests enjoyed a variety of fundraising activities throughout the morning, including cupcake sales, raffle prizes and a lolly guessing competition, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere while making a meaningful difference.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we raised over $1,000 to support Cancer Council's essential work in cancer research, prevention programs and support services for individuals and families impacted by cancer.

We are proud to support initiatives that strengthen our community and improve the lives of others. We sincerely thank everyone who attended, donated and contributed to the success of this year's Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.

Introducing Winnie, Our Wenty Leagues Smart Pup

After receiving an overwhelming number of creative name suggestions from our members, we are delighted to introduce Winnie as the official name of our sponsored Smart Pup. Meaning "gentle friend" or "friend of peace", Winnie is the perfect name for a puppy who will one day make a meaningful difference in the life of a child with special needs.

Winnie will now continue her specialised training with Smart Pups before graduating and being placed with a family in need. We congratulate the three members who submitted the winning name and thank everyone who participated in the naming competition and supported this special community initiative.

Championing Youth Wellbeing in Our Community

We are proud to support the Gotcha4Life program, reinforcing our commitment to the wellbeing of young people in our community. Recently, we had the opportunity to attend a session at Wentworthville Public School, where students participated in engaging activities designed to build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing and develop practical life skills.

The students embraced the program with enthusiasm, demonstrating the positive impact initiatives like Gotcha4Life can have in equipping young people with the confidence and tools to navigate life's challenges. We thank the Gotcha4Life Foundation for delivering such an inspiring program and congratulate all the students involved.

Cooking with Heart for Families in Need

We recently volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney's Meals from the Heart program, preparing and serving a comforting Italian dinner for families staying at the House while their loved ones receive medical care. Our chefs carefully prepared the ingredients at the Club before working together onsite to cook and serve a fresh, home-style meal.

Supporting the Meals from the Heart program is a meaningful way for us to give back to families facing incredibly challenging circumstances. We are grateful to Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney for the opportunity to make a small but meaningful difference and look forward to continuing our support of this valued community initiative.

Celebrating the Volunteers Who Strengthen Our Community

As part of National Volunteer Week, we proudly recognised the incredible volunteers who generously dedicate their time, skills and compassion to supporting our valued Community Partners. Volunteers are at the heart of so many community initiatives, helping organisations deliver essential services and create positive outcomes for people across Cumberland and beyond.

Throughout the week, our team visited several Community Partners to personally thank the volunteers who give so much to others. As a small gesture of appreciation, we were delighted to present each volunteer with a token of thanks in recognition of their outstanding contribution.

From supporting food relief programs and fundraising initiatives to assisting vulnerable individuals and families, volunteers play an essential role in extending the reach of community services. Their selfless commitment helps strengthen organisations, enrich lives and build a more caring and connected community.

We are proud to work alongside community partners whose programs are made possible through the dedication of volunteers. We extend our sincere thanks to every volunteer making a difference in our community. Your generosity, kindness and commitment continue to inspire us and have a lasting impact on the lives of others.

Creating Strength Through Imagination

SuperTee Sundays saw $5 from every children's meal purchased on Sundays, being donated to SuperTee, with families embracing the opportunity to contribute while enjoying time together at the Club. The response from our community was overwhelmingly positive and deeply appreciated.

More than $5,000 was raised to support SuperTee and its work with children facing serious illness across Australia.

SuperTee creates specially designed superherothemed medical garments that help bring comfort, confidence and joy to children undergoing treatment. The funds raised will support its ongoing mission to empower children and families through imagination and positivity during difficult times.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in SuperTee Sundays. Together, our community has helped make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most.

Meeting the Heroes Behind the Uniforms

Emergency Services Day brought the community together for a fun and interactive celebration recognising the dedicated emergency services personnel who work tirelessly to keep our region safe. The event provided a welcoming opportunity for families and residents to connect with local emergency services teams and learn more about the important work they do every day.

Attendees had the chance to get up close to emergency service vehicles, explore interactive displays and gain valuable insights into safety awareness and emergency preparedness. These hands-on experiences highlighted the role emergency services play in supporting and protecting our community.

We thank all of our emergency services partners and community members who attended and helped make the day such a success. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year for another fantastic Emergency Services Day.

Recognising the Power of Community

We were proud to attend the Clubs & Community Awards alongside our valued community partners, joining organisations from across New South Wales to recognise the outstanding contributions being made to strengthen local communities. The evening provided an opportunity to celebrate the collective impact of clubs and organisations working together to support people across the state.

The awards showcased the incredible efforts being made to deliver grassroots initiatives, community programs and opportunities for social connection for people of all ages. We congratulate all the winners and finalists, whose dedication continues to inspire, empower and make a meaningful difference in communities throughout New South Wales.

Meet our People & Culture Manager

With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Karen Cassels brings a wealth of experience, a passion for people, and a genuine belief that every team member deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Throughout her career, Karen has worked across almost every corner of the hospitality industry, including pubs, clubs, five-star hotels and convention centres. That broad experience has given her a deep understanding of the industry and, more importantly, the people who make it thrive.

For Karen, hospitality was a natural career choice. "Hard work was always recognised, and it opened doors for me," she says. "It gave me the opportunity to move into training and development, before eventually finding my passion in People and Culture."

While her role has evolved over the years, her motivation has remained the same – helping people become the best version of themselves.

"I enjoy being part of everyone's development and bringing out the best in people," Karen says. "I was given every opportunity to succeed in this industry, and now I get to give those opportunities to others through recruitment, development and career progression."

She believes hospitality is one of the most rewarding industries to work in, not only because every day is different, but because of the relationships built along the way.

"Hospitality is one of the happiest environments to work in," she says. "I always love a good laugh."

As People & Culture Manager, Karen is passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow. Whether it's welcoming new team members, helping existing employees develop their careers or fostering a positive workplace culture, she's excited to continue building a team that delivers exceptional experiences for our members every day.

Meet our Executive Chef

With almost 30 years in the hospitality industry, Wenty Leagues' new Executive Chef, Stuart Webb, brings a wealth of experience, a passion for exceptional food, and a genuine commitment to developing the next generation of culinary talent.

Stuart's journey began in Auckland, where a love of fresh local produce and a family history of cooking first sparked his passion. "My grandmother and great-grandmother were both cooks," he says. "I guess it was just in my blood."

Starting as an apprentice chef, his career has taken him through hotels and resorts across Australia before moving into the exciting world of major events. From Auckland's Eden Park to AAMI Stadium in Adelaide, the Sydney Cricket Ground, Allianz Stadium, Royal Randwick and Qudos Bank Arena, he has led culinary teams in some of Australia's busiest and most recognised venues, delivering quality dining experiences on an impressive scale.

While his experience spans a diverse range of hospitality settings, one thing has remained constant throughout his career – a passion for quality food and the people behind it.

"I love delivering quality on a plate, But just as importantly, I enjoy working alongside talented hospitality professionals. The teamwork, collaboration, challenges and watching people grow and develop are incredibly rewarding."

Having worked alongside many respected chefs and industry leaders throughout his career, Stuart is passionate about sharing that knowledge with others and helping young chefs build successful careers of their own.

When asked about his favourite dish to cook, the answer is simple: fresh scallops, roe on, lightly dusted in seasoned flour and cooked in butter. "They always pop, so watch out for the butter!"

he laughs. More broadly, he enjoys cooking over charcoal, bringing together quality proteins with simple sauces, fresh vegetables and seasonal ingredients.

Now at Wenty Leagues, Stuart is looking forward to bringing a fresh perspective to the Club's dining experience.

"I hope to bring a different perspective with food, leadership and working with our teams in pursuit of continuous improvement," he says. "Ultimately, it's about delivering memorable experiences for our members while growing and developing our culinary team into future leaders."

With a strong focus on creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement, members can look forward to exciting things ahead from the kitchen.

Wenty Magpie Bowls, Josh Ingram Stuns the Bowls World

It is not often that a sporting giant is toppled. It is even rarer when that giant has not lost in more than five years.

That was the challenge facing Wenty Magpie Bowls Josh Ingram at the 2026 Australian Open on the Gold Coast. Standing opposite him was Australian superstar Aron Sherriff, carrying an extraordinary five-year unbeaten record and a 51-match winning streak at the event. What followed was one of the biggest upsets in recent bowls history.

Ingram held his nerve to defeat Sherriff 21-20, ending the remarkable streak and sending shockwaves throughout the bowls world. More importantly, he proved it was no fluke, backing up with a convincing 21-11 victory in the next round to secure a place in the quarterfinals.

As this edition goes to print, Josh remains firmly in contention for Australian Open glory.

Flying High on the Gold Coast

The Australian Open success story did not end with Josh.

Ingram joined Jordan Mullaney, Rick Lucey and Cory Daley in guiding Wenty into the quarterfinals of the Men's Fours, while Josh and Jordan also progressed deep into the knockout rounds of the Pairs competition.

Across multiple disciplines, Wenty players have once again demonstrated their ability to compete with and defeat some of the very best bowlers in Australia and internationally.

Platinum Magpies Among NSW's Best Back home, our Platinum side delivered one of its finest campaigns in recent memory at the Bowls NSW Platinum Pennant Finals.

Competing against the strongest clubs in the state, the Magpies reached the semi-finals for the first time before eventually finishing fifth overall. Their playoff clash against powerhouse Cabramatta was decided by a single shot, highlighting just how close the team came to an even deeper finals run. The performance further reinforces Wenty's standing as one of the premier bowling clubs in New South Wales.

Pennant Success Continues

The Metro North-West Pennant season has once again produced outstanding results for the club.

Our Grade 3 Black and Grade 6 Open Gender teams captured regional pennant flags, while several other sides advanced to regional playoffs. Our Ladies Division 2 and Men's Division 3 teams have also qualified for the next stage of competition.

These achievements reflect the strength and depth of talent throughout the club, from our elite representatives through to emerging bowlers making their mark.

Congratulations also go to Matt Swan and our Bowls Coordinator, Cameron Curtis, who captured the Metro North-West Major Pairs title and qualified for the State Playoffs at Dubbo in early July.

Club Championships Deliver Club championship action has provided plenty of excitement over recent months.

The Swan family continued its remarkable legacy by claiming the Club Triples Championship, while both the Women's Fours and Men's Major Fours championships were decided after high-quality and hard-fought contests. The Women’s Club Fours was won by Joy Loh, Sharon Walpole, Sonia Baitieri & Marg Michell, 21-15, over Maureen McCann, Chrissy Hillman, Denise Sygrave & Janice Patten. With the men’s it was exciting recruit, Chris Gillespie, who piloted his quartet of Bob Mauro, Aaron Barnett, Peter Macqueen to success, 21-12, over Ken Ng, Tim Mitchell, Nathan Townsend & Mohan Lal.

The standard of bowls throughout all championship events continues to rise, providing members and spectators with some outstanding competition.

Social Bowls Thriving

While our representative teams continue to shine, participation at grassroots level remains just as important. Social bowls continues to grow, with Tuesday bowls regularly attracting more than 50 players, while Thursday bowls and Friday Power Pairs continue to enjoy strong support. The growth in participation is a testament to the welcoming and inclusive culture that makes Wenty such a special place.

Looking Ahead

Preparations are now underway for Presentation Day on Sunday, 19 July, which promises to be a fantastic celebration of another successful year at Wenty Leagues Bowling Club. Tickets are from $50 and are available either online or from main reception.

The trophies and titles are certainly worth celebrating, but perhaps the club's greatest achievement is the culture that continues to flourish throughout every level of competition. Whether representing Wenty on the national stage, competing in pennants, or simply enjoying a social game with friends, our members continue to wear the black and white with pride. Let’s keep soaring high MAGPIES!!

SUB CLUB reports

CRICKET

Even though the season has finished, the club has stayed very active over winter with junior cricket, training, meetings, and planning for the new season.

A key focus has been the Winter Junior competition, where we have six teams taking part. This has been a great way for players to keep playing matches during the off-season. It has helped them continue developing their skills while still enjoying their cricket. The effort from players, coaches, and families has been strong, and attendance has been very consistent.

We also ran a Winter Training Program for our juniors. These sessions focused on the basics like batting, bowling, and fielding. The main goal was to keep players active and help them improve before the new season starts. It has been pleasing to see players showing good improvement and staying engaged throughout the winter.

The club also recently held its Annual General Meeting. This was an important chance to review the past year and confirm committee roles for the year ahead. We thank all committee members and volunteers for their continued support and work behind the scenes.

Looking ahead, registrations for next season are now open. Early numbers are looking strong across all age groups, which is a great sign for the club. Planning is already underway for teams, coaches, and training schedules.

The first round of matches is expected to start in mid-September. Between now and then, we will focus on pre-season training and getting all players ready for the season ahead.

Overall, even in the off-season, the club has stayed busy and well organised. There is a lot of excitement building as we move closer to the start of another season of cricket.

DOMINOS

Domino is a game of tactics and intelligence. It is a numbers game. Dominos are played each Thursday at 7:30pm near the Magpie Bar. Payment of $1 is required by 7:15pm to enable the draw to be made. Players usually play as a two person team and teams are drawn at random. There may be a singles or triples game depending on the number of starters. Five sets are played and each set finishes when five hands have been won. Most games finish around 9pm. Visitors welcome. No prior experience required.

FISHING

We had a full boat for our recent make up trip. The sea was perfect, so the boys paid extra fee to go out further and fish for quality leather jacket. Each leather jacket caught was approximately 1.5 kg and there was 70 of these fish caught also six Mo Wong and six flat head, a big day with great conditions and a full contingent of fisherman. There will be another two trips over the next two months each being weather permitted on the third Wednesday of the month.

GOLF

Welcome from Wenty Leagues Golf Club. Winter is now upon us, and it has been a mild start to the season. Let's hope the weather continues to cooperate so we can enjoy as many games as possible.

To begin this month's report, our annual challenge against Gosford Leagues was held at Penrith on the 22 March. Unfortunately, Gosford had a smaller-than-usual representation, resulting in a convincing 259–145 victory for Wenty.

Our next event was the Summer Ambrose, held at Springwood on the 29 March. Congratulations to the winning team of Manatu Fatu, Aaron Dixon, Tim Fuhrmann, and Jarod Simonetta. The runners-up were Jim Clarke, Richard Clarke, Frank Soballa, and Jason Childs. Well done to all teams who participated.

The Leagues Cup was played at Penrith on the 19 April, with the following results:

• B Grade: Winner – Richard Crook | Runner-up – Luke Weyman

SUB CLUB reports

On the 24 May, we returned to Penrith for our Memorial Trophy, an event that honours members who have passed away.

GOSHIN JU-JITSU

Goshin Ju-Jitsu teaches a system of unarmed defensive techniques, using an attacker’s momentum against them, which is traditionally based and adapted for modern day situations. It is a modern form of the ancient Ju-Jitsu system, where knowledge, not strength, is required to defeat your attackers.

Ju-Jitsu is a Japanese martial art that can be enjoyed by women, men and children from 8 years of age.

A special commendation is extended to Sensei Rick Cefai and Sensei Andrew Seck, who attained the distinguished rank of Yondan (4th Dan Black Belt) this past June. This milestone reflects years of unwavering dedication to the art.

Our instructors are all looking forward to our upcoming National Ju-Jitsu Seminar in October. It will be wonderful to catch up with familiar faces and learn new techniques & strategies for effective self-defence from a large cross-section of different dojos.

Training is held every Wednesday night during the school term in

the Wally Webster Hall from 6.30pm. Junior membership is open to students who are children of members of the Wenty Leagues Club, from the ages of 8 to 18 years.

NETBALL

As we move through another exciting season, we’re proud to celebrate what has been an incredibly successful few months for our club. With 15 of our 24 teams currently sitting inside the top four, every team remains firmly in contention as we head toward the pointy end of the season. Even more impressively, Division 1, Division 2 (team 9), and 15s Division 2 have all remained undefeated so far, a fantastic reflection of the hard work being put in across all levels of the club.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate Akur, who after an outstanding performance at State level has now been selected in the Australian Camp Squad. This is an incredible achievement and we’re excited to see her continuing to train hard and represent at the highest level.

Our representative program has been incredibly busy, with Senior State Titles recently taking place and an amazing 10 Wenty Leagues players and 5 umpires proudly representing across three associations. Seeing so many of our athletes competing at this level is a testament to the strength of our pathways and development throughout the club.

The representative journey continues, with many more of our athletes now preparing for upcoming Junior State Titles. We wish all of our players the very best as they continue training hard and preparing to represent their associations on the big stage.

At the other end of our pathway, NetSkills has officially begun, and it

has been wonderful seeing our youngest netballers stepping onto the court and enjoying their very first taste of the game. Watching the next generation begin their netball journey is always a special reminder of what makes our club community so strong.

As always, we’re incredibly proud of everything our players, coaches, families and volunteers continue to achieve, and we’re excited for what the remainder of the season will bring.

The Snooker and Billiards Club continues to thrive, with new members joining each week and a growing number of former members returning to renew their membership.

Join the Snooker and Billiards Club for just $20 per year and enjoy access to a wide range of games, competitions, and social events. While some competitions may have a small entry fee, membership opens the door to all the opportunities our club has to offer.

Members may also nominate for one of the club's committee positions once they have been financial members for two consecutive years and have maintained a good membership record.

For more than 60 years, the Snooker and Billiards Club has been a valued part of the community. Today, it continues to grow and prosper thanks to the dedication of our members and the generous support.

The Committee meets on the first Monday of every month to discuss new and ongoing matters and make decisions that support the continued success of the Sub-Club. All financial members of the Snooker and Billiards Club are encouraged and welcome to attend these meetings.

SQUASH

Western District Squash Pennant Competitions 2026

The Autumn Pennant competition commenced early in March and is now drawing to a close. The Squash Club has 16 teams of

men and women playing in the Western District Autumn Pennant Competition, with three teams in Division 1, five teams in Division 2, four teams in Division 3 and four teams in Division 4. Almost 70 Squash Club members with an age range from 20 something to 80 something were placed in a suitable team before the Autumn Pennant Competition commenced, based on their individual ability and on-court performance. Teams that finish in first, second or third place in each Division at the end of 15 rounds progress to semi-finals and finals. Likely to progress in Division 1 are Wenty Leagues teams 1 & 2, in Division 2 Wenty Leagues teams 4, 5 & 6, in Division 3 Wenty Leagues teams 10 & 12 and in Division 4 Wenty Leagues teams 14, 15 & 16.

Individual entries for the Western District Spring Pennant Competition opened on 1st June and members who have entered are now being organised into teams by the Selections subcommittee. Those teams will then be submitted to the Affiliation & Competitions Manager at Squash NSW who will place each team in the appropriate Western District Division. The Western District Spring Pennant competition will begin during the first week of August.

Squash Club Annual General Meeting

The Squash Club AGM was held at Wenty Leagues Club on Monday 1 June and included the election of office-bearers as required.

Selector Trevor Ryan had served as Squash Club Selector until the AGM when all positions were declared vacant. SWIMMING

We are currently in our Winter recess and will be recommencing our swims on Sunday 11 October. We accommodate all swimmers, you do not have to think that you need to be a strong swimmer as you swim against your own time.

Swim distances are 25 metres, 50 metres, 100 metres and 200 metres, catering for all strokes. So, if you want some exercise on a Sunday morning just come to Wentworthville Memorial Pool from 7:30am to 7:45am to enter into the races with the first event commenced at 8:00am.

On a sad note, our past Vice President Mr Howard Ambler passed away on Sunday 7 June. Our thoughts are with his wife Shirley and their family.

TABLE TENNIS

The Table Tennis Western Sydney 2026 Summer Season has already been a remarkable success for Wenty Leagues competitors. With an impressive 11 top-four finishes across six divisions in one of the district's largest seasons in recent years, our teams have demonstrated outstanding skill, determination, and team spirit in their pursuit of championship success.

As we celebrate the achievements of some of our emerging state-level athletes, we'd first like to highlight Oscar Pan, one of Australia's most promising junior table tennis players. Oscar regularly competes on the World Table Tennis (WTT) Youth Circuit, has represented Australia at international talent development events, and is a previous silver medallist in the Under 13 Boys' Singles and bronze medallist in the Under 15 Boys' Singles at one of Australia's premier junior tournaments.

We would also like to congratulate Amy Cai, who claimed bronze in the Under 17 Girls' Singles and silver in the Under 19 Girls' Singles at the 2026 TTA Tour NSW, as well as Richard Fu, who captured the Under 21 Men's Singles title at the 2026 NSW Closed Championships.

With the season approaching an exciting conclusion, our teams continue to train hard and compete fiercely as they strive to bring home more titles for Wenty Leagues!

DRESS REGULATIONS POLICY

Wentworthville Leagues Club is committed to providing its Members and Guests with a high standard of facilities and services.

The club expects all Members and Guests to dress in an appropriate manner st all times when attending our Club Premises.

Club Management will adopt a “Clean, Neat and Tidy” standard taking into consideration current fashions and reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose attire does not meet the required standards.

Following the guidelines outlining unacceptable footwear and clothing is imperative.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron who, in its opinion, is not suitably attired as outlined in the Dress Regulations Policy.

CHILDREN AT WENTY

Wenty Leagues is a family friendly venue and we welcome children of all ages. To ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, the following policy has been adopted for Minors when they are on Club premises:

• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on Club premises. “Responsible Adult”, in relation to a Minor, means an adult who is:

a) parent, step-parent or guardian of the Minor,

b) the Minor’s parents spouse or de facto partner, or c) for the time being standing in as the parent of the Minor.

• Minors are not allowed in the Arbor Cafe, Magpie Bar, TAB or the Gaming Floor area (even when accompanied by an adult).

• Minors will not be admitted to enter Club premises after 9pm.

• Minors are required to leave Club premises by 10.00pm Sunday to Thursday, and 10.30pm Friday to Saturday.

• Minors may be permitted to remain on Club premises after the above times in the following circumstances:

a) They are attending a private function.

b) They are dining in The Plaza in which case they must leave the Club as soon as they have finished dining.

c) Permission has been granted by the Duty Manager or Club Supervisor

• The accompanying responsible adult is to ensure that their Minor behaves in an appropriate manner when on Club premises and refrains from behaviour which is likely to cause discomfort or inconvenience to other patrons. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, loud squealing and running around unsupervised between tables.
