To get the maximum return on your investment, it is important that all relevant staff receive proper training in the different functions of the lift system.
We therefore offer training programmes specifically adapted for Compact Lift vertical lift modules.
OPERATOR TRAINING
Vertical Lift Module
Duration: 4 hours

Target group
This training is intended for operators and administrators of vertical lift modules supplied by Weland Solutions.
The training combines theory and practical exercises (approximately 1 hour theory and 3 hours practice).
Objectives
After the training, participants will have the basic knowledge required to safely operate the vertical lift module and handle the stored goods.
The training also provides administrators with basic knowledge of system administration and optimisation, as well as a solid foundation for quickly resolving simple operating errors with the support of our telephone support service.
With the right conditions, a vertical lift module will achieve higher capacity, greater availability and a longer service life.

Location
The training is held at Weland Solutions in Gislaved, Sweden where our test machines are available for practical exercises.
We carry out realistic simulations and resolve faults that may occur during normal operation.
At our facility, we can also demonstrate the consequences of incorrect use or loading without causing downtime or damage to your own equipment.
Course content
Target group
This training is intended for machine responsible personnel who want a deeper understanding of how the vertical lift module works and how its performance can be influenced.
The training combines theory and practical exercises (approximately 3 hours of theory and 5 hours of practice). Parts of the theoretical sessions are conducted on a PC using a simulated control system.
Objectives
After the training, participants will have solid knowledge of how to safely operate the vertical lift module and handle the stored goods.
The training also provides in-depth knowledge in administration and optimisation of the machine, as well as a good foundation for quickly resolving simple operational errors, either independently or with the support of our telephone support.
With the right conditions, a vertical lift module will achieve higher capacity, greater availability and a longer service life.

This training is intended for personnel responsible for the machine or working with repairs and maintenance.
Completion of the Super User training, or several years of experience as machine responsible for vertical lift modules supplied by Weland Solutions, is required. The training combines theory and practical exercises.
Objectives
After the training, participants will have good knowledge of how to safely replace critical spare parts in a vertical lift module.
The training also provides in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and corrective actions for components included in the list of critical spare parts. With the right conditions, a vertical lift module will achieve higher capacity, greater availability and a longer service life.
Location
The training is held at Weland Solutions in Gislaved, Sweden where our test machines are available for practical exercises.
We can carry out realistic replacement and troubleshooting exercises on critical spare parts without causing downtime or damage to your own equipment.
