Customize the trays in your vertical lift module according to your operations and products with our fittings. Our trays are available in depths of 610 / 820 / 1230 / 1600 mm, and in widths ranging from 1830 to 6450 mm.

Steel dividers
For industrial applications where durability and stability are most important.
Tip
Several solutions can be combined on the same tray to create an optimal mix of flexibility, stability, and capacity.
Rubber mat
Provides a stable and nonslip surface on the tray. It keeps goods in place and reduces the risk of sliding. Acts as a shock absorber and protects against wear. The thin and flexible design makes it easy to remove.
Sold in full rolls of 25 meters. Thickness 0.75 mm. Ideally used together with Frame system and Steel dividers.
Plastic bin
A flexible Plastic bin specifically developed for Compact Lift.
Designed to achieve the highest possible fill rate on the tray. The bin is robust, easy to handle, and especially suited for small parts and spare parts.
Dividers for Plastic bins
Create customized compartments depending on item size and picking needs.
The short blue 200 mm divider is placed crosswise (use 0-7 pcs in existing slots). The long transparent 800 mm divider divides the bin lengthwise. It is placed quickly and easily to contribute to increased order.
Picking bin
Durable and stable storage solution.
Fits both vertical lift modules and traditional racking systems. Provides clear structure and efficient picking of small and medium-sized items.
Dividers for picking bin
Creates flexible and clear compartment division. Helps keep small parts separated.
The bin has a label field for self-adhesive labels. Transparent dividers with label holders are available as accessories.
Corrugated box
Simple, flexible, and cost-effective.
A solution for temporary or less demanding needs. Perfect for seasonal items or lightweight articles. Available in several sizes and suitable for most storage needs.
Delivered in 25-packs including dividers. The box is delivered with four compartments and can be supplemented with dividers.

Provides further subdivision for small parts. Tool-free assembly makes it easy to adapt to the current assortment.

Euro container
A robust standard container for efficient and stable storage. The design provides stability during transport, while straight sides and modular sizes simplify stacking. Solid containers have a smooth, solid bottom as standard.
Fits perfectly lengthwise in 610 mm tray depth and crosswise in 820 mm tray depth.
Temperature resistant from -30º to +70ºC.

Frame system
Build your own structure, exactly according to your needs. Create the exact compartment division you need and change it as needs evolve. Combine Frames and dividers to build a structure for both small and large components.
How it works
The Frame system is based on a modular foundation where each Frame has an outer dimension of $400 \times 400$ mm. By combining Frames with dividers of different lengths, you easily create the compartment division that fits your operations. Combine for larger areas, divide in multiple directions, and adapt to article type.
Adjust in height
Stack multiple Frames to create higher compartments:
1 level: 70 mm, 2 levels: 140 mm, 3 levels: 210 mm.
Combine for best results
Ideally used with a rubber mat underneath for a stable and non-slip base. Use cross locks to connect multiple Frames for extra stability.

Vacuum formed insert
For efficient and ergonomic handling of small parts where precision is key.
Manufactured in durable vacuum formed plastic with rounded corners for ergonomic access.
Excellent choice for items like screws, nuts, clips, and springs where clear sorting and fast picking are crucial.
Vacuum formed insert (600 x 800 mm) are available in several versions: on the left with 4 compartments and a height of 200 mm, and on the right with 16 compartments and a height of 100 mm.

Flex divider
The Flex divider with magnetic foot makes it easy to create temporary or flexible compartments on the tray. It attaches firmly to the tray’s metal bottom and can be quickly moved, adjusted, or removed without tools.
The 400 mm long divider is optimal for 820 mm deep trays where two dividers fit perfectly. Place overlapping on other tray depths, such as 610 mm. Result is better order, more efficient picking, and maximal use of every tray.
Steel divider
For environments where maximal durability and stability are required.
Manufactured in galvanized steel that withstands tough industrial environments and impact from oils and other liquids. Available in several heights and lengths for robust compartment division.
Frame heights: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 mm.
Frame sold complete with screws, drill screws, and lock nuts. Buy internal dividers separately.
