WHAT IS A VLM, VERTICAL LIFT MODULE?

Maximise storage capacity by using the available building height. Goods are stored on robust trays and automatically retrieved by the central extractor device and delivered to the access opening, safely, quickly and efficiently.

Is Compact Lift right for your operation?

Limited floor space but available ceiling height?

Need higher picking speed and better ergonomics?

Many items taking up too much space today?

SPACE

Save 70-90% of floor space SPEED

Up to 4x faster picking

CONTROL

Fewer errors. Better flow.

ERGONOMICS

Optimised working conditions.

EXPANDABLE

Multiple units can be combined.

The goods are stored inside the VLM on trays, available in various depths and widths.

How Compact Lift works

Trays are stored in a front and a rear storage section, located above and below the access opening and behind the central extractor.

The central extractor device is the heart of the system, retrieving and returning trays.

The requested tray is delivered to the access opening for picking and replenishment. Can be connected to a host system (ERP/WMS).
