Welcome to the 2 edition of Our Journey! nd Live Well, Work Well, Join the Journey to be BOLD!
B in our BOLD values encourages us to “Be the Best” – to own our part to achieve excellence, every single day. This is no small task. Practicing mindfulness is one way to be our best and realize our potential, which is why I am thrilled that our wellness magazine has selected mindful living as the theme this month
When living in Bangalore India in the mid 1990s, I attended 2 training sessions on Reiki, the Japanese art of energy healing. I was initially skeptical, but that experience drove me to learn more about the mind-body connection and eventually I learned the power of meditation which I now practice almost every day. While meditation refers to something you do – train your mind to achieve stillness, mindfulness refers to the practice of being present - paying deliberate attention to and observing your thoughts, emotions and surroundings in the present moment – without judgment. This is of course not easy to do, especially when we have a lot of things going on in our lives –whether that’s family, health, work or financial. In a world that rewards speed, instant gratification and constant stimulation, mindfulness creates stillness, the space to pause and notice what’s actually happening inside and around you. That pause is powerful. It helps reduce stress, improves health and creativity. Sometimes, it could be as simple as taking three deep breaths – in the middle of the day, in between meetings or whenever you feel the need to re-charge
The key is consistency, not perfection Small moments of awareness repeated throughout the day add up and make a positive difference.
Inside this month’s edition, you will learn more about mindful living, the power of nutrition for sustained energy, mindful spending habits, sleep hygiene basics and various other tools and tips to support your overall well-being.
My favorite part of the magazine is the anniversaries and birthdays section where we get to learn more about our teammates. I invite you to explore this monthly magazine and we hope that it will play some small part in your wellness journey and allow you to choose what works best for you.
Thank you for being here and for joining us in our journey of making Magnit an undeniably great company!
Chandra Dhandapani Chief Executive Officer

Culture isn’t abstract – it’s what our teams experience every day based on how we show up. As Magnit Global continues to grow, we’re focusing on where we’re headed and how we get there together.
Our North Star: Magnit’s Culture Statement
Magnit’s Culture Statement lays out the future we’re building: a client-centric culture of trust, ownership, strong execution, and growth where people feel empowered and supported to do their best work, speak truthfully, and are fueled by the collective drive to build Magnit Global into an undeniably great company
Our BOLD Values guide the way forward. They shape how we work and how we make decisions as one organization:

These principles keep us aligned as we move toward our future.
Our Lived Experience: Behaviors
Behaviors are where culture becomes real. They’re the lived experience – how our values show up in our daily actions, interactions, and choices. When our behaviors reflect our values, our culture becomes something people can feel.
Put simply:
The Culture Statement sets the environment. Our Values guide how we get there. Our Behaviors show them in action and create the lived experience that makes culture real.

Driving results isn’t just about speed. It’s about intention.

Mindfulness gives us the pause, the space to notice our reactions, reflect on our assumptions, and choose our response instead of running on autopilot That pause is powerful It sharpens decision-making, strengthens resilience, and helps us focus on what truly moves the needle. When we combine mindfulness with a commitment to continuous improvement, we don’t just get better - we can Be the Best. We raise our standards, learn from feedback, and turn challenges into progress

Noticing emotional or impulse spending habits without judgment

Nourishing the Body, Mind, and Everyday Life In honor of National Nutrition Month
In a fast-paced world that rewards multitasking and productivity, it’s easy to move through daily routines on autopilot especially when it comes to eating and selfcare. Mindful living offers an alternative by encouraging us to slow down, tune in, and make intentional choices that support both physical and emotional well-being
Mindful living is about being present without judgment and aligning our actions with how we truly feel. When applied to nutrition, it shifts the focus from rigid rules to awareness listening to hunger and fullness cues, enjoying food without guilt, and choosing meals that nourish and energize the body.
Mindful eating can improve digestion, support portion awareness, reduce stress around food, and increase satisfaction with meals. Small, realistic changes like pausing before eating, minimizing distractions, noticing how food affects your energy and mood, and practicing gratitude can make a meaningful difference.
Beyond nutrition, mindful living shows up in our everyday habits:
Choosing movement that feels good
Taking breaks to reset
Prioritizing rest
Setting boundaries that protect mental and emotional health
Together, these practices create a more holistic and sustainable approach to wellness.
At its core, mindfulness is about progress, not perfection. This National Nutrition Month, shifting the focus from pressure to presence can help turn small, intentional moments into lasting steps toward better health and balance

The
Your backup plan for the days you just can’t
You know the one: The day is blah before it even starts, there's nothing to look forward to, and everything feels a bit pointless. Sure, no feeling lasts forever, but that doesn’t make it easier in the moment.
When a low mood hits, activate our “CAN’T” method:
Comfort: Find comfort in something a cup of tea or time in bed.
Action: Take a small action that might make you feel better make your bed, meditate..
Notice: How did that action make you feel?
Any shifts in your mood?
Talk: Reach out to someone and tell them how you feel isolating feels tempting but rarely helps.
And remember to keep it simple. Sometimes, the small things are big things.
