Brothers Zoran and Robert Stojanoski started their own business in 2008 with a dream to create and build premium caravans
that people could enjoy using. Some 17 years later, the brothers and their team of 15 are building up to 120 custom caravans each year from their purposebuilt factory and showroom in Somerton, in Melbourne’s north — arguably the country’s epicentre of caravan construction.
A base on which to build

significant movement in the caravan sector, Legend Caravans sold mainly smaller vans, predominantly hybrids in the 16ft–17ft range as well as its larger 21ft–25ft vans. “Customers were happy to choose between smaller vans that are easy to tow and take into tight, off-grid locations,” Zoran said. “Most of our vans are offroad and off-grid and that’s mostly what customers were looking for before and during COVID, and ever since.” “Vans are getting bigger as the priorities of travellers change. Couples are travelling for longer periods and are looking for more space and luxury from their vans.”
