TERMS
ADVERTISING POLICY .
1. TERM
6. BRAND STANDARDS
The agreement runs for two (2) years, 24 months from the official uniform launch date unless otherwise stated in writing.
Advertising must be appropriate for youth and family audiences. Tobacco, vaping, weapons, adult content, and unlawful products are prohibited.
2. PAYMENT
7. BENEFITS
Fifty percent is due at signing. The balance is due before uniform production. Placement is not reserved until the first payment clears. Placement is not confirmed until the full payment clears.
Social media, banners, sampling, and category exclusivity apply only when specifically included in the signed agreement.
8. PERFORMANCE 3. ARTWORK The advertiser must supply approved high-resolution or vector artwork and confirms that it has the right to authorize its use.
Schedules may change because of weather, facilities, leagues, or governing bodies. United FC does not guarantee sales or a fixed number of impressions.
9. CANCELLATION 4. APPROVAL United FC retains final approval over artwork, placement, size, color treatment, and production suitability.
After artwork approval or production begins, payments are non-refundable except where United FC agrees otherwise in writing.
5. PRODUCTION
10. USE OF MARKS
Final positioning may be adjusted to accommodate garment construction, league rules, and manufacturer requirements.
Each party grants a limited license to use approved logos only for the partnership term. All other ownership rights remain unchanged.
