Peregrine Falcons watch

Royal Leamington Spa

The fastest animal in the world is living in Leamington Spa’s Town Hall. Using telescopes provided by Focus Optics, a display will be placed under a gazebo and volunteers from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust will be on hand to help people to view these fabulous birds and learn more about the trust’s work.

Awareness Walk

Free family day aimed at raising awareness of the support avenues available when having a baby. As well as information stalls there will be activities and entertainment, with a walk around the Gardens at 1pm. Run by a local charity offering peer support to parents in Coventry & Warwickshire experiencing difficulties with their mental health in pregnancy or following the birth of a child..

Pursuits Festival

Two Castles Run

Warwick to Kenilworth

One of the most beautiful 10km runs in the country between two of England’s finest castles. The route begins in the grounds of Warwick Castle and snakes through stunning Warwickshire countryside before finishing in Kenilworth Castle. Now in its 41st year, all profits from the event are distributed by Kenilworth Rotary/Kenilworth Runners to charity.

On the 24 July 2025, Warwick Town Council granted the freedom of Warwick to The Queen’s Royal Hussars. In order to celebrate the honour, the Unit will conduct a freedom parade through the Town. Road closures will be in place.

Armed Forces Day

An annual event which last year attracted around 8000 people from the district. It will be free for families to attend, free food and children’s activities. Kenilworth Carnival and Funfair

One of the main highlights on the town calendar and one of only a handful of carnivals still in existence. Kenilworth Carnival features a street procession with floats, walkers and marching bands, led by the Carnival Queen and her attendants.
