elcome to a new school year! As we begin this journey together, I am reminded of the

powerful truth found in our school verse and theme for the year: “Echoes of Eden” from Ecclesiastes 3:11 — “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
What a beautiful reminder that God is meticulously weaving His perfect timing, purpose and beauty
into every aspect of our children’s lives and our school community. Every parent at Westminster is automatically a valued member of the Westminster Parent Partners (WPP). Our mission is to champion our families, uplift our dedicated staff and foster a close-knit community through meaningful service. We are incredibly grateful to lock arms with you as we serve the school our children love.
To our new families—we are overjoyed to welcome you into the Westminster family and pray you immediately feel the warmth, care and love of this community. To our returning families—welcome back! Your ongoing commitment, prayers and active presence are what keep our campus vibrant and centered on Christ.
This marks my second year serving as WPP President. I am incredibly grateful for the growth we experienced last year and I enter this consecutive term with a deep desire to continue improving and leveling up our school community events. Working together with our administration, Board of Trustees, exceptional teachers and dedicated staff, our goal this year is to elevate every experience we share, creating deeper connections rooted in faith, service and joy. It is our prayer that our events echo the beauty of God's original design for community and fellowship. Getting involved with WPP is one of the most impactful ways to support your child’s education and spiritual growth. It also provides the opportunity to model Christ-like service, build lasting relationships, and use your God-given gifts to bless others. As 1 Peter 4:10 reminds us, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
The purpose of this brochure is to help you explore the unique service opportunities available this year. As you read through, we invite you to find a committee that truly speaks to your heart and calls on your specific gifts to get involved. We encourage you to reflect on where you feel led to plug in and help us elevate our community.
We would also love to invite you to our first official WPP meeting and Fall Association Meeting of the year on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 8 a.m. in the Student Activities Center (SAC). This will be a wonderful opportunity to hear about our upcoming plans, ask questions and connect with other parents. PARENT PARTNERS COMMITTEES
Each fundraising and community event is supported by a dedicated Parent Partners committee, united in purpose and service. Throughout the year, additional Parent Partners committees lovingly serve our school community, encouraging fellowship, strengthening connections, and creating a joyful and Christcentered experience for both students and parents.
Campus Decoration Step into the joy and wonder of the Christmas and Easter seasons as you help transform all three campuses into inspiring, Christ-centered spaces. This is a wonderful opportunity for volunteers to serve with creativity and purpose perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact with a short time commitment.
Christmas and Spring Marketplaces These seasonal marketplaces, held in the high school concourse, bring together local vendors and Westminster families to share their talents, goods, and services with our community. More than just a place to shop, these gatherings foster connection, creativity, and fellowship. Proceeds from these events support student supported charities, reinforce the tithing, and giving back to those in need.
Elementary Room Parent Coordinators and Room Parents Coordinators serve faithfully by guiding and supporting all elementary school room parents, helping to keep communication clear, timely, and uplifting for families. They share important updates about upcoming events and ensure parents stay connected at the classroom level. In addition, they thoughtfully plan a quarterly teacher appreciation breakfast, blessing our teachers with encouragement and gratitude for the incredible work they do each day. Room parents partner closely with teachers, serving as helping hands and joyful encouragers in the classroom. They assist with class events and celebrations and help coordinate contributions from parents to create meaningful experiences for students. Throughout the year, they also gather support for special moments such as Teacher Appreciation Week, Taste of Westminster auction items and teacher birthday celebrations, small acts of generosity that reflect a spirit of thankfulness and community.

Father/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son Event A cherished tradition within our school community, the Father/Daughter Dance creates a special evening for elementary fathers and daughters to connect, celebrate, and enjoy time together through dancing, games, and joyful fellowship. In the same spirit, the Mother/Son event provides a fun and engaging opportunity for mothers and sons to build lasting memories through active games and shared experiences. Each year’s theme brings a fresh sense of excitement, reflecting the joy of community and the blessing of these meaningful relationships.
Fellowship Committee The Fellowship Committee serves with a heart for connection, welcoming families, building relationships, and strengthening the Westminster community. Through intentional outreach and shared experiences, this committee helps parents feel known, valued, and supported. A meaningful part of their ministry is leading the Warrior Mom Bible Study, offered quarterly throughout the year. Each session focuses on a different book of the Bible, creating space for parents to grow in their faith, deepen their understanding of God’s Word, and encourage one another in Christ-centered community.
Fine Arts Committee This committee is made up of parents who joyfully serve in support of Westminster’s exceptional fine arts program, uplifting its talented student musicians and artists as well as its dedicated faculty. With hearts for service, members work behind the scenes at concerts, productions, trips, and art projects, helping bring each creative endeavor to life. Through their efforts, the Fine Arts Committee fosters a deep appreciation for the gifts God has given each student, encouraging the community to celebrate and attend performances across all fine arts disciplines, especially the Art Fair, Jazz Night, and Musical Revue in April. Their service helps reflect the beauty of creativity as an expression of worship and praise.
Host Family Program (summer commitment) As an extension of the Fellowship Committee, the Host Family Program provides a meaningful way for families to reflect Christ’s love through hospitality and connection. Volunteers warmly welcome incoming families to the Westminster community, helping them feel known, supported, and at home from the very beginning. Host families serve as a friendly guide, introducing new families to fellow students and parents, answering questions, and offering encouragement during this important

transition. Through simple acts of kindness and intentional connection, they help build a strong, Christcentered foundation for lasting relationships.
Middle School and High School Liaisons This committee serves as a beautiful expression of Christ-centered community within our school. Through thoughtfully planned teacher appreciation breakfasts, they bless and uplift our faculty, honoring their daily calling to teach, guide, and disciple our students. They also share important and encouraging communications with parents, helping families stay informed and connected. In addition, they create opportunities for fellowship by organizing parent social events, fostering meaningful relationships rooted in faith, joy, and unity. Through each of these efforts, the liaison team reflects God’s love and strengthens the bond between home, school, and community.
Taste of Westminster Taste of Westminster is our school’s signature on-campus fundraiser, bringing our community together in a spirit of joyful fellowship and generous giving. This special evening features local restaurants sharing delicious samples, along with music, dancing, a silent auction, and an evening filled with special surprises, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere for all. At its heart, Taste of Westminster is both a time of fellowship and a meaningful opportunity for fundraising. As families, faculty, and friends gather, we are reminded of the blessings of community and the joy of coming together with purpose.
Warrior Athletics Committee The Warrior Athletics Committee helps develop our student-athletes by providing necessities for the sports programs. The Warrior Athletic Committee creates school-wide enthusiasm and family involvement for our many athletic teams and helps with at-home events, where requested. Volunteers can serve as a team parent, assist in selling athletic courtyard pavers, or advertise on the scorer’s table inside the gym. Volunteers help to plan and promote the Westminster Golf Classic.

Westminster Golf Classic The Golf Classic committee helps plan and promote the 34th Annual Westminster Golf Classic, an important fundraiser that strengthens our athletic programs and unites our community in shared purpose. This committee helps recruit participants, secure sponsors, and assist with day-of-event setup and breakdown. This year, the Golf Classic will take place at the Miami Beach Golf Club on Friday, November 6, 2026. Proceeds from the event directly support the Westminster Athletic Program, helping provide resources that allow our student-athletes to grow, compete, and honor Christ through their gifts and dedication.
Warriors Care Committee The Warriors Care Committee serves as a ministry of prayer, compassion, and support within our school community. With a heart for lifting one another up, this committee shares prayer requests with the Warriors Care prayer list as needs arise, inviting our community to come together in faith and intercession. At times, the committee may also help coordinate meal support for families walking through challenging seasons, offering tangible expressions of Christ’s love and care. Through these acts of service, the Warriors Care Committee reflects the power of prayer, the beauty of fellowship, and the calling to bear one another’s burdens. Warrior Family Fair Committee The Warrior Family Fair Committee brings our community together for two joyful days of fellowship, fun, and connection. This beloved event is designed for the entire family, creating opportunities to celebrate the gift of community while making lasting memories together. The fair features rides for all ages, lively games, rides, delicious carnival food, and many special highlights, including an exotic and vintage car show, the DUB RUB Smoke & Grill Off, and the Warrior Bake Off. Through this event, the committee not only creates a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, but also fosters a spirit of unity, joy, and gratitude. It is a beautiful time for families to gather, build relationships, and celebrate the blessings God has given our school community.
