Dear Westminster families, n behalf of the Advancement Office, it is my pleasure to share with you Westminster Christian School’s Advancement Report. This past year was a remarkable demonstration of what makes our community so special—your collective support of Westminster through time, talent, and resources created outstanding opportunities for our students to thrive. We are deeply grateful to all who are recognized in this report. Each name reflects a meaningful commitment to our mission.
Through your generosity, the Warrior Fund experienced its most successful year to date, raising more than $775,000 from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026—an incredible testament to the strength, generosity, and spirit of our Warrior family. We also celebrated 100% participation in the elementary school for the second consecutive year, while achieving our highest levels of participation ever in both the middle and high schools. Thank you for helping us reach these milestones!

These accomplishments would not have been possible without the dedication of our Warrior Fund Ambassadors, parents, faculty and staff, Board of Trustees, and administrative leadership. I would also like to extend a special note of appreciation to our Advancement team—Stefanie Harris, Courtney (Falk) Wainwright '00, and Gabriela (Farah) Valdespino '04—for their tireless efforts. We also celebrate the outstanding work of our Parent Partners Board, whose leadership elevated family engagement throughout the year. From increasing participation at monthly meetings to expanding the Warrior Family Fair, hosting vibrant community events, and raising funds to support our exceptional faculty, their impact has been truly extraordinary. In addition, the dedication of our Athletic Capital Campaign Cabinet deserves special recognition. Their vision, leadership, and commitment have been instrumental in bringing the Our Mission, Our Moment campaign to life. As we prepare to launch the public phase of the campaign this fall, we look forward to inviting our broader school community to join us in shaping the future of Westminster. Westminster Parent Partners (WPP) is a schoolwide community of parents who are called to serve, support, and strengthen Westminster Christian School through joyful volunteerism and meaningful engagement. Rooted in a spirit of Christian fellowship, WPP seeks to build relationships among parents while faithfully supporting the mission of the school through acts of service and stewardship.
WPP gathers on the first Friday of each month at 8 a.m. for a time of fellowship and encouragement. Each meeting includes breakfast, a devotional centered on God’s Word, intentional integration with spiritual formation, insights and lessons on what our children are learning in chapel, and Christian guest speakers covering topics relevant to parenting and family life. Throughout the year, WPP hosts beloved events such as the Used Uniform Sale, Christmas and Spring Marketplaces, Father/Daughter Dance, and Mother/Son Event, each serving as an opportunity to build community and bless others. Funds raised through WPP are prayerfully stewarded to support the school community. These resources help provide Christ-centered speakers, bless and honor teachers and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week, and contribute to meaningful campus enhancements. In addition, WPP organizes an End-of-Year Collection as a tangible expression of gratitude, presenting each Westminster faculty and staff member with a monetary gift in recognition of their faithful service and impact on our students.
The Mother Son game night was held on Friday, April 24, 2026. This is a gathering of PK3 to Grade 5 events for mothers and sons, and included food, activities, dancing, pony rides, and games, and more. This year’s theme was Boots and Bros and was enjoyed by all!
CHRISTMAS AND SPRING MARKETPLACES Christmas and Spring Marketplaces were held on Friday, November 6, 2024, and Friday, March 6, 2025, respectively. These events feature school family vendors as well as the community at large selling their products to our school and the local community. Products include jewelry, accessories, clothing for adults and children, home goods, candles, décor, skin care products and so much more. Each of these events raised close to $15,000. In the spirit of giving and serving others, 10% of the proceeds were donated to two organizations: ICU Baby, which supports NICU families in our local community, and the Be the Light Ari Arteaga Foundation, supporting Christian education. The remaining funds directly support Westminster Parent Partners programming and events.
FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE The Father Daughter Dance, Boots and Bows, was held on Saturday, April 25, 2026. This is a special event for preschool and elementary school daughters to spend a memorable evening with their dads. This year, they enjoyed dinner, line dancing, pony rides, and much more. WARRIOR FAMILY FAIR The Warrior Family Fair took place on held on Friday, November 14, and Saturday, November 15, 2024. With over 650 in attendance, our families enjoyed an evening of fun with rides for children of all ages, carnival games, food trucks, vendor booths, laser tag and a vintage and exotic car show. We also showcased performances by our cheerleaders and fifth grade band. Save the date for this year’s Warrior Family Fair on Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23, 2027.
THE DUB RUB SMOKE & GRILL OFF AND THE WARRIOR BAKE OFF The DUB RUB Smoke & Grill Off and the Warrior Bake Off were held on Saturday, November 16, 2025 in conjunction with the Warrior Family Fair. This was the second year Westminster held these competitions and they were thoroughly enjoyed by all who participated.

WESTMINSTER GOLF CLASSIC Westminster Golf Classic was held on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the Miami Beach Golf Club. This was the 33rd celebration of this ever-popular event and it was held in conjunction with Homecoming weekend. With over 100 participants the golf classic raised over $22,148. All proceeds benefit the Athletic Department and allow for the continued improvement of facilities, programs, and coaching for all Westminster Christian School athletes. Save the date for this year’s Westminster Golf Classic to be held at the Biltmore Hotel and Golf Course on Monday, November 9, 2026.

TASTE OF WESTMINSTER Taste of Westminster was held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 in the Student Activities Center on campus. With well over 375 guests in attendance and 20 food and beverage vendors, it was a night filled with delicious delicacies, libations, and dancing. This year guests were greeted with a solo saxophonist serenading them as they entered. As guests spilled outside, a cigar roller and a photo booth added to the evening’s entertainment. There was a silent auction inside with sports memorabilia, baskets from each grade level, and a variety of other items for guests to bid on. The $60,000 in proceeds went directly to the construction of the Café in the Learning Commons. This year as we celebrate 65 years of Westminster, we will host an elegant soiree on our beautiful campus to commemorate this milestone on February 6, 2027.
