Medical Forms - Medical Forms (Print, take to your doctor, and mail to Student Development by July 31).
Athletes - Athletic Training Medical Form- this form, in addition to the required Medical Forms listed above, is required for all new student athletes (follow the electronic portal directions).
Resident Students - Your new student housing form will be available in THD (The Housing Director) under the Apps and Contracts Tab.
Commuting Students - Your food service contract (if you signed up for a meal plan) will be available in the THD (The Housing Director) under the Apps and Contracts Tab.
Mark Your Calendar for Arrival Dates and Times
Please carefully review the arrival dates and times for all new students. Student athletes or those involved in campus organizations will be arriving on campus earlier than other freshman students. Please note, these dates are subject to change. Those reporting early will receive additional information from your coach and/or program director. All new students, even those who arrive on campus early, are required to attend New Jacket Orientation activities August 20-23.

Jackets Ready: Summer Onboarding Series

Pathways Center
Did you have an IEP or 504 plan in high school, or do you have a disability, health, or mental health need that may require accommodations at the University level? If so, please check out the Disability Services Office (DSO) website or reach out to DSO Coordinator Sarah Feldberg at dso@waynesburg.edu to learn how to request reasonable accommodations at Waynesburg.
Students can request academic accommodations at any time, but registering with the DSO proactively often leads to the most positive academic experience. Generally, it is recommended that students initiate the process in May or June.
July 1 is the priority deadline for requests for housing accommodations for the Fall semester for new/incoming students. Requests submitted after this deadline will be considered but cannot be guaranteed for the next semester of occupancy. View the University’s Housing Accommodation policy.
It is recommended to submit any requests for dining accommodations a minimum of thirty days prior to the first semester of enrollment/occupancy. Check out the University’s Dining Accommodation policy.

Federal Work Study
Students who qualify for Federal Work Study will be able to start applying for oncampus jobs in August. For more information about the on-campus employment program, including FAQs, visit https://www.waynesburg.edu/campus-employmentprogram-students.

Summer Financial Aid Reminders
If you have not done so, it is not too late to file a 2026-27 “Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA).” It is your annual application for federal, state and WU grants!
If your family has a special or unusual circumstance (e.g., loss of employment or income, death, disability) that is not reflected on your FAFSA, please contact us to discuss your aid options.
Fall bills should be available by the end of June or early July. It is not too early to consider either the University’s payment plan, a Federal Parent PLUS Loan or an Alternative/Private Plan.

Shuttle Transportation for Arriving Students
The Financial Aid and Business Offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. throughout the summer.
Students who plan to travel to and from campus via plane or bus can utilize the Grey Line, which provides transportation from Pittsburgh International Airport and the Greyhound Bus Station (1 block from the train station) in Pittsburgh 365 days per year.
As an added convenience, WU supplements the Grey Line schedule with several studentoperated shuttles during peak days based on our academic schedule. Reservations for a WU shuttle must be made 5 business days in advance to allow for the scheduling of student drivers. Campus shuttles only run when reservations are made.
