Gardner-Webb invites community to Webbstock 2026 on August 22; featuring live music and family fun An evening of live music, local food, family fun and community connection is headed to Gardner-Webb University on Saturday, August 22. Residents from across Cleveland County and surrounding areas are invited to Webbstock 2026 from 4-9 p.m. at Brinkley Amphitheater. Admission is free. Reimagined with a new format, Webbstock serves as a kickoff to the fall semester while bringing together students, families, alumni and community members for an evening of entertainment, vendors and family-friendly festivities. The event is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere where campus and community can celebrate. The University has announced a diverse lineup of musical acts, including Feeling 22: A Tribute to Taylor Swift, Y2K Kids and Mississippi singersongwriter Sam Donald. The three featured acts represent a wide range of musical styles, offering everything from contemporary pop favorites and nostalgic hits to original country-rock sounds that appeal to diverse audiences.
