The 2026-2027 Guide to Pure Catskills Products is here, your one-stop source for where to eat, drink, shop, stay and play in the Catskills! When the Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) first began this initiative in 2004, we started with a printed brochure of a small number of farms and businesses in Delaware County. The pages of this publication showcase over 330 farm and forest-based businesses, restaurants, local artisans, other non-profit organizations, activities, and accommodations located throughout Delaware, Greene, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan and Ulster Counties in New York State.
