The development arrives amid a wave of growth in Hemisfair Just steps away, the Monarch Hotel is set to open later this year, while Project Marvel initiatives including upgrades to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and a new downtown arena for the San Antonio Spurs promise to reshape the area over the next decade Graystreet’s project aims to blend seamlessly with these changes, offering a vibrant mix of dining, shopping, and public space that reflects the city’s evolving cultural and culinary scene.

Statement Door Moment
Fresh paint can instantly refresh and elevate your door. Other small changes include upgraded matte black or brushed brash hardware.
Layered Welcome Mats
Place a 3x5 outdoor rug underneath a smaller welcome mat Choose stripes or a subtle pattern underneath and swap the top mat seasonally Pro Tip: Neutral base + seasonal topper keeps it fresh year-round
Symmetry = Instant Luxury
What to do: Add matching tall planters on both sides of the door Use boxwoods, ferns, or colorful annuals Keep pots simple (black, white, terracotta)
Upgrade the Lighting
Replace small builder-grade fixtures with larger statement lanterns. Go matte black or aged brass and use warm LED bulbs (2700–3000K). Bonus: Lighting dramatically improves nighttime curb appeal especially important if selling.
Add Texture and Height
Add a slim bench or stool Use a wicker basket for flowers or throws Hang a simple spring wreath (Greenery > busy florals)
