Tuskers Kids Club Rules
The Tuskers Kids Club offers a supervised environment for children ages 2 and older to have fun and engage in organized activities while parents or guardians enjoy the Club.
GENERAL RULES
Unless permitted by the Club, children under the age of twelve (12) are not allowed at the Club facilities unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children when enjoying the Club Facilities.
TUSKERS KIDS CLUB & GAME ROOM FACILITIES
1. Parents and/or Guardians are expected to remain on property at all times while their children are under supervision of Club Staff. Any exceptions to this rule must be approved in advance by Club Management.
2. Children aged two (2) years and older are welcome in the Tuskers Kid’s Club. All children must be potty trained. Children under twelve (12) years of age are not permitted to use the children’s facilities unless accompanied or supervised by an adult. The Club may impose additional age restrictions for use of the children’s facilities, including the Game Room.
3. Children must be escorted to the Kid’s Club by a parent or guardian, who is required to sign the child in and provide a contact phone number. The child must also be signed out by the parent or guardian. Tuskers Staff is responsible for supervising the child only during the period between check-in and check-out by the parent or guardian.
4. Members are encouraged to make reservations to assist with maintaining required service levels.
5. Food and beverages are not allowed in the children’s facilities unless approved by the Club.
6. Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited in the children’s facilities.
7. The Club reserves the right to remove any child whose behavior does not comply with the Rules and Regulations and may suspend privileges for a period determined by the Club.
8. Use of the children’s facilities is at the user’s own risk. The Club assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained bya child due to their conduct.
9. Parties may be arranged through the Club in advance.
10. The Club may adopt additional rules and regulations for the children’s facilities as needed.
