Dear Members, As we enter an exciting new season at The Wanderers Club, we are delighted to welcome you back and share the 2026–2027 golf tournament schedule. Each event has been thoughtfully planned to provide an engaging blend of competition, camaraderie, and fun while offering opportunities for golfers of all interests and abilities to participate throughout the season. Our Golf Staff has worked hard to create a comprehensive tournament calendar that balances the Club’s most celebrated traditions with new events and formats designed to keep our programming fresh and engaging. The 2026–2027 calendar once again features many of the Club’s most anticipated events, including the Duke of Wellington Men’s Member-Guest, Ladies’ Invitational, and the Men’s and Ladies’ Founders Cup Member-Member. Beyond these signature events, the season offers a wide variety of ways to enjoy the game, from casual 9 & Dines and Play with the Pro days to our Club Championships and The Shootout. We are also excited to welcome back The Expedition, our one-day Member-Guest, following a one-year hiatus due to last summer’s course closure. Several new and redesigned events will make their debut this season. The MemberStaff Scramble will provide a fun opportunity for Members and staff to compete together, while the Wanderers Ryder Cup brings a new team competition to the calendar. The Waterloo Net Club Championship has been redesigned as a season-long match play competition, and the Wanderers Cup Gross Club Championship will now feature a Super Senior division. We are also introducing a new Parent-Child event designed to bring multiple generations of Wanderers families together on the golf course. These additions complement an already broad tournament offering and we hope you will take advantage of these opportunities to compete, connect with fellow Members, and enjoy everything golf that The Wanderers Club has to offer. Tournament Overview

Member-Staff Scramble FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23 SHOTGUN START | 12 P.M. Members and Wanderers staff come together for a fun afternoon on the course during the Member-Staff Scramble. Players will be randomly paired into four-person teams for a scramble format, with no handicaps and proximity contests for both Members and staff. A buffet-style dinner will follow play at Dukes Verandah. $50 per person.

The Expedition SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 SHOTGUN START | 10:30 A.M. The Expedition returns for a one-day Member-Guest tournament open to both men and women. Players will compete across 27 holes, beginning with nine holes of a Two-of-Four Shamble followed by 18 holes of Two-of-Four Best Ball using Net Stableford scoring. The day also includes Net Skins during the Best Ball portion, along with lunch and dinner. $150 per person.

The Shootout DECEMBER 1 – APRIL 1 Qualify throughout the season for one of just ten spots in The Shootout Finale. Members may submit qualifying rounds using Net Stroke Play, with the ten lowest scores earning their place in the season-ending competition. Players compete with 100% of their handicap from their selected tee. $10 per qualifying attempt.

The Derby SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12 SHOTGUN START | 10 A.M. The Derby returns with 18 holes of two-player Net Best Ball competition. Teams will compete within flights, with the top teams advancing to an exciting shootout to determine the champions. Closest-to-the-Pin contests will be featured on each par 3, along with plenty of action surrounding the final shootout. $85 per person.

Holiday Eclectic DECEMBER 19 – JANUARY 3 Keep your best holes throughout the holidays during the Holiday Eclectic. Members may play multiple qualifying rounds, building one ultimate scorecard by keeping their lowest net score recorded on each hole. Players must remain on the same selected tee throughout the competition. $15 per player, one-time entry fee.

The Waterloo: Net Club Championship JANUARY 1 – MARCH 31 The Waterloo returns as the Club’s season-long Net Match Play Championship. Members will compete within designated divisions in head-to-head match play using their current handicap with full allocation. Divisions include Men’s, 55+, 65+, and Women’s competition. $30 per player.

Duke of Wellington Men’s Member-Guest THURSDAY, JANUARY 7 – SATURDAY, JANUARY 9 FRIDAY & SATURDAY SHOTGUN START | 8:30 A.M. The Duke of Wellington Men’s Member-Guest returns with 48 two-person teams competing in one of the Club’s signature golf events. The tournament features Four-Ball Match Play, with one point available on every hole. Festivities begin Thursday with an all-day Practice Round before tournament matches take place Friday and Saturday. $1,499 per team.

Mixed Team Championship MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8 SHOTGUN START | 9 A.M. Grab a partner for the annual Mixed Team Championship, featuring 18 holes and three unique formats. Teams will play six holes of Better Ball, six holes of Select Drive Alternate Shot and six holes of Scramble. Closest-to-the-Pin contests for both men and women will add to the competition, with lunch following play. $60 per person.

2027 Men’s Founders Cup Member - Member SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20 – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 21 SATURDAY | 1 P.M. REVERSE SHOTGUN SUNDAY | 9 A.M. SHOTGUN The 2027 Men’s Founders Cup is a two-person Member-Member featuring Scramble and Select Drive Alternate Shot on Day One, followed by Best Ball with Net Skins on Day Two. Saturday includes dinner, with breakfast and an awards lunch on Sunday. $160 per person.

2027 Women’s Founders Cup Member - Member MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22 SHOTGUN START | 9 A.M. The 2027 Women’s Founders Cup features a two-person Member-Member competition with a front-nine Scramble and back-nine Select Drive Alternate Shot. Continental breakfast is included before play, followed by lunch and awards after the round. $75 per person.

2027 Women’s Invitational MONDAY, MARCH 8 SHOTGUN START | 1 P.M. Celebrate MarTEE Gras at the 2027 Women’s Invitational. This Member-Guest tournament will feature four-player teams competing in a One-of-Four Best Ball format, scored both gross and net. Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests will be awarded for Members and guests, with lunch before play and dinner following the tournament. $125 per person.

Junior Club Championship SUNDAY, MARCH 14 TEE TIMES | 2 P.M. The Junior Club Championship invites young golfers ages 5–17 to compete in age-appropriate Stroke Play divisions. Golfers ages 5–7 will play three holes, ages 8–12 will play six holes and ages 13–17 will compete over nine holes. The afternoon will conclude with ice cream floats and an awards celebration. $15 per player.

The Wanderers Cup FRIDAY, MARCH 19 – SUNDAY, MARCH 21 QUALIFYING TEE TIMES | 12 P.M. SATURDAY & SUNDAY | FIRST MATCH AT 8 A.M. The Wanderers Cup crowns the Club’s Gross Champions through qualifying and Match Play competition. Divisions will include Championship, Senior, Super Senior and Women’s play, with eight players advancing in each division. Qualifying takes place Friday, followed by Match Play on Saturday and Sunday. Players who do not advance through qualifying will also have the option to compete in a 36-hole Net Stableford event over the weekend. $30 per player.

The Shootout Finale SUNDAY, APRIL 4 START | 8:30 A.M. The season-long Shootout culminates with the top ten qualifiers competing in an exciting elimination finale. Beginning on hole No. 10, the player with the highest net score on each hole will be eliminated until one champion remains. Ties will be determined by a chip-off. Open to qualifying players from The Shootout.

Masters Pro-Am THURSDAY, APRIL 8 – SUNDAY, APRIL 11 Add another layer of competition to Masters weekend with the Masters Pro-Am. Before beginning a qualifying round, Members will select a Masters player and combine their own net score with that professional’s Sunday score. If the selected professional misses the cut, a replacement will be determined by random draw. $10 per scorecard.

Parent-Child SUNDAY, APRIL 18 SHOTGUN START | 9 A.M. Create a family golf memory during the Parent-Child Tournament, open to parents or grandparents playing alongside their children. Teams will compete in a One-of-Two Stableford Best Ball format with Adult and Junior divisions. Lunch and awards will follow play at Dukes Verandah. DIVISIONS Adult Division | 18 Holes Junior 14+ | Silver Tees | 18 Holes Junior 13 & Under | Junior Tees | 9 Holes $30 per person.

Superintendent’s Revenge SUNDAY, MAY 2 SHOTGUN START | 9 A.M. Celebrate the end of the season with Superintendent’s Revenge, a fun two-person team event featuring challenging pin positions and unexpected course setups designed to put every part of your game to the test. Net Skins and Closest-to-the-Pin contests will also be featured, followed by lunch at Dukes Verandah. $50 per person.

Summer Match Play JUNE 2 – AUGUST 30 Keep the competition going all summer during our season-long Summer Match Play. Members will compete in an 18-hole Net Match Play bracket using 100% of their handicap. Players will select their tee before their first match and remain with that selection throughout the competition. $30 per player.

4th of July Flag Day Event SUNDAY, JULY 4 8 A.M. – 12 P.M. Celebrate Independence Day on the course with our Flag Day Event. Each player’s stroke allotment will be determined by adding their current handicap to the course par of 72. Once a player reaches their allotted number of strokes, they’ll plant their flag on the course. The player whose flag travels the farthest wins. $10 per player.

Wanderers Ryder Cup SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 – SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19 SATURDAY TEE TIMES | 10 A.M. SUNDAY TEE TIMES | 8 A.M. Team pride takes center stage during the Wanderers Ryder Cup. Members will be divided into two teams for two days of head-to-head competition. Saturday features nine holes of Alternate Shot and nine holes of Best Ball before Sunday concludes with 18 holes of Singles Match Play. $40 per person, plus a mandatory $100 cash competition entry.

Member-Pro Tournaments Join the Wanderers Golf Professional staff throughout the season for our Member-Pro Tournament Series. Each event features teams of one Golf Professional or staff member and three Members competing in a Best One-of-Four format for both net and gross scores. Closestto-the-Pin contests and Net Skins add to the competition, followed by a casual post-round social at Dukes Verandah. SHOTGUN START | 12 P.M. November 20 | December 4 | January 15 | February 12 | February 26 | March 12 | April 2 $25 per player.

PGA Member-Pro FRIDAY, JANUARY 29 SHOTGUN START | 1 P.M. A special edition of the Member-Pro series welcomes visiting PGA Professionals to The Wanderers Club. Members will compete alongside PGA Professionals in a Best One-of-Four format featuring both net and gross team competition, while the PGA Professionals compete in an individual Gross Stableford event. $50 per player.

9 & Dine Enjoy an afternoon on the course followed by dinner during our seasonal 9 & Dine events. Two couples will team up in a four-player scramble for nine holes of casual competition, complete with proximity contests for both men and women. Dinner will follow play at Dukes Verandah. SHOTGUN START | 3 P.M. November 5 | January 21 | April 15 $80 per couple.

Golf Course

Rules & Regulations

ETIQUETTE & EXPECTATIONS 1. Speed of play: “Ready Golf” will be in effect at all times. Each group is expected to keep pace with the group ahead of them, not merely stay ahead of the group behind them. Foursomes are expected to complete rounds in four hours (4) or less. 2. “Course closed” or “hole closed” signs are to be adhered to without exception. 3. “Cutting in” is not permitted at any time. All players must check in with the starter. 4. Practice is not allowed on the golf course. Only one (1) ball may be played at a time on the golf course. The practice facilities should be used for all practice. 5. Searching for balls other than those played by Members of the group is not allowed on the course at any time. 6. All players who stop after playing nine (9) holes for any reason must occupy the next tee before the following players arrive at the tee, or they shall lose their position on the golf course and must get permission from the starter to resume play. 7. Each player must have their own set of golf clubs, whether rented or personal. Sharing of clubs is not permitted. 8. Proper golf attire is required for all Members and guests. Please see the dress code section below. 9. Any recreational activity other than golfing, including jogging, bicycling, fishing, or walking, is not permitted on the golf course or practice facilities at any time. 10. No beverage coolers are permitted on the course unless provided by the Club. 11. Groups of five (5) or more players shall only be permitted on the golf course with the permission of the Golf Pro Shop. 12. Walking and the use of pull carts are permitted, with the exception of Club events. 13. If lightning is in the area, all play shall cease. If Club personnel warn players about potential lightning in the area, players must stop play immediately. Although the Golf Pro Shop staff may warn players about lightning in the area, of which it is aware, the Club does not assume any duty to detect lightning and warn them. Once the lightning detection sounds one long horn, all golfers must stop play immediately. After three horn sounds, it is all clear to resume play. 14. All non-club tournament play must be approved in advance by the Director of Golf or Head Golf Professional. 15. To better control golf play during prime-time periods, the management of the Club may designate “primary playing times” from time to time when only the Member and the Member’s spouse/significant other will be entitled to use the golf course, or when children, extended family, or guests may not use the golf course.

GOLF DRESS CODE 1. Men: Shirts with collars, mock collars, and sleeves. Slacks and Bermuda golf shorts (mid-thigh length). Shirts are to be tucked in, and hats must be worn facing forward at all times. Riding attire is acceptable on practice areas only. Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, denim jeans/shorts, and athletic wear (including basketball shorts, sweatpants, and swimwear) are not permitted. 2. Ladies: Dresses, skirts, skorts, slacks, and Bermuda golf shorts (mid-thigh length) are allowed. Leggings are permitted when worn under another garment. Blouses and sleeveless shirts with collars are acceptable. Halter tops, t-shirts, tops with spaghetti straps, cut-offs, denim jeans/shorts, and athletic wear (including tennis wear, sweatpants, and swimwear) are not permitted. 3. Golf Shoes: Soft spike or spikeless golf shoes must be worn on the golf course. Metal spikes are not allowed.

PRACTICE FACILITIES 1. The practice facilities are open during normal operating hours as posted in the Golf Pro Shop. The practice facilities may be closed for general maintenance and used as a polo field at the Club’s discretion. 2. Range balls are for use at the practice facilities and may not be used on the golf course. You may not use your own golf balls at the practice facilities. 3. Balls must be hit from designated areas. No hitting is permitted from the rough or sides of the practice range. 4. Proper golf attire is required at all times at the practice facilities. 5. Divot Patterns: When practicing, place each ball at the back edge of your previous divot. This method preserves the most turf and speeds recovery. 6. Lessons by unauthorized Golf Professionals are prohibited.

GENERAL GOLF CART RULES 1. Golf carts may only be operated by persons at least sixteen (16) years of age having a valid automobile driver’s license. 2. Golf carts should remain on cart paths as much as possible, and must be on cart paths around tees and greens. 3. Use rough whenever possible. 4. Only two (2) persons and two (2) sets of golf clubs are permitted per golf cart. 5. Obey all golf cart traffic signs. 6. Never drive a golf cart through a penalty area or bunker. 7. Operation of a golf cart is at the risk of the operator. Each permitted user shall be held fully responsible for any and all damages, including damages to the golf cart that are caused by the misuse of the golf cart by the permitted user, and shall reimburse the Club and/or any operator of the Club for any and all damages the Club may sustain by reason of misuse. 8. Persons who are, or appear to be, legally intoxicated may not operate a golf cart. 9. Violations of the golf cart rules may result in loss of golf cart privileges and/or playing privileges. 10. A Golf Cart Plan for golf carts will be established, and may be changed, from time to time, by the Club. The Golf Cart Plan fee will be billed on a calendar year basis with January 1 as the effective date. The Golf Cart Plan fee is non-refundable and will not be prorated. 11. Private golf carts are not permitted on the golf course.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COURSE UPKEEP 1. Enter and exit bunkers at the nearest, lowest point. Smooth any footprints with a rake before leaving. Remove tees from the turf after hitting and dispose of them in the cart or a trash can. 2. Repair all ball marks on the greens. 3. Fill or sand all divots. 4. Avoid dragging your feet; repair any scuff marks made by your shoes. 5. Remove the flagstick to retrieve your ball. Do not use your putter or yank the flagstick to remove it. Do not drive golf carts within 20 yards of greens, near tee boxes, or on par 3 holes.

HANDICAPS 1. Handicaps are computed under the supervision of the Golf Pro Shop in accordance with the current USGA Handicap System. 2. All golf Members with a verifiable USGA-approved handicap may participate in Club Tournaments. All handicaps submitted may be reviewed by the golf professional staff or Tournament Committee. For guest events, all guests must have a USGA-verified handicap to participate. 3. Members are responsible for turning in all of their scores on a daily basis. Any Member failing to turn in a score shall result in a score being posted that is equal to their lowest score on record. The Golf Pro Shop shall assist any Members needing help with the posting procedures. 4. Accurate records are to be kept of scores turned in per the USGA Handicap System. The Golf Professional Staff shall review from time to time and will determine any violations of the USGA Handicap System. 5. The Club reserves the right to adjust handicaps for any Club tournament play. The Club also reserves the right to deny any Member entry into tournament play for handicap manipulation.

HOURS OF PLAY The hours of play and Golf Pro Shop hours shall be posted in the Golf Pro Shop. The Golf Course Superintendent shall determine when the golf course is fit for play.

GOLF STARTING TIMES The Club generally has a “No Tee Time” policy. The Club reserves the right to implement a tee time reservation system from time to time or as determined by the Golf Professional Staff.

REGISTRATION All Members and guests shall register in the Golf Pro Shop or Starters Booth before beginning play.

GOLF CLUB STORAGE Annual club storage is a service that will be offered by the Club. Any Member desiring this service may do so by contacting the Golf Pro Shop. The Club has the right to charge for this service at its discretion. Neither the Club nor the staff is responsible for theft, damage or loss of clubs.

CHILDREN 1. Children under age sixteen (16) may not play golf unless supervised by an adult or approved by the Golf Professional Staff. 2. Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children when using the Club facilities.

GUEST GOLF PRIVILEGES 1. Members may be permitted to have guests use the Club’s facilities in accordance with the Member’s category of membership, the Rules and Regulations, the Club’s guest policies, and upon payment of applicable guest fees. 2. The Club limits the number of guests per Member, per round, to three (3) guests during “season” (November 1 through April 30) and seven (7) guests during “off-season” (May 1 through October 31). 3. Registered Guests - May play golf no more than seven (7) days during the “season” (November 1 through April 30) and seven (7) days during the “off-season” (May 1 through October 31), regardless of the host Member. 4. Extended Family Members - May play golf no more than fourteen (14) days during “season” (November 1 through April 30) and fourteen (14) days during “off-season” (May 1 through October 31). Club tournaments will not count toward guests’ visits. 5. Unaccompanied Guests - Including unaccompanied extended family Members, may only use the course with prior approval from the Golf Professional Staff, and times may be limited based on availability. Arrangements must be made by the Member at least 24 hours in advance. Any “walkups” will not be granted permission to play until the corresponding Member provides approval to 6. the Golf Professional Staff and a suitable time for play is established. Unaccompanied guests may be required to take a caddie. 7. The Member is responsible for paying any unpaid charges incurred by their guests, including any applicable daily guest fees set by the Club. Additionally, the Member is responsible for the behavior and conduct of their guests.

TOURNAMENT POLICIES 1. Local Rules - All Wanderers Club tournaments are governed by the Rules of Golf (USGA), its decisions, and, where applicable, by the Local Rules handed out during tournament play. It is the responsibility of the individual player to become familiar with the Local Rules. 2. Tournament Handicaps - Competitors in most club competitions must submit their lowest current USGA handicap. All USGA handicaps will be subject to adjustment by the Golf Professional Staff or the Handicap Committee. The maximum handicap in all Wanderers events shall be 36 for men and 40 for ladies. 3. Tournament Registration – It is the sole responsibility of the individual to register for a tournament by notifying the Golf Pro Shop or filling out a registration form in its entirety if required. 4. Pace of Play - All rounds of golf shall be played in less than 4 hours and 15 minutes. USGA Rule 5.6a will be enforced for unduly delaying play. It is the responsibility of everyone in the group to be aware of their position within the group in front of them. 5. Cancellations - Any cancellations after the event deadline will be charged.
