Maroochydore City Centre is a once-in-a-generation, urban renewal project being delivered in partnership between Sunshine Coast Council and Walker.

The $4 billion project has been conceived as a response to the rapid growth of the region and will transform the 53 hectare greenfield site into a vibrant CBD with up to 240,000sqm of commercial and retail space and 4,000 new apartments, with plans for a future hotel and convention centre.

Upon completion, the Maroochydore City Centre will be home to over 10,000 residents, accommodate 15,000 workers daily and serve as the new cultural and commercial hub of the region.
