For young people seeking longterm employment, REAP Wairarapa operates the Youth2Work Wairarapa initiative in partnership with Carterton District Council and the Mayors Taskforce for Jobs, bridging the education-employment gap by
offering career guidance and work opportunities. Their Ngā Pūmanawa Tūpuna program encourages cultural pride and engagement with Māori traditions among youth, whilst getting them work and further education ready. REAP Wairarapa assists individuals of all ages with driver’s licensing for independence, provides adult education programs for lifelong learning, and offers Building Financial Capabilities to empower personal financial management.
