It’s the end of 2006 in Santiago and femicide in Chile has yet to be typified as a crime. Homicide detective Amparo Leiva, at the prime of her career, is investigating a murder case of a woman killed by her lover. This crime opens unexpected doors to the first case that she was assigned as a detective. Preparing for an important transfer to northern Chile and subject to in an Internal Affairs investigation; admired for her detective work and at the same time questioned by her peers, Leiva get wound up in a threatening plot that she can only uncover with her memories.
