Education What? Courses and professional training. In a group or alone. Now or after detention. Why?
You want to: • follow training inside/outside the prison; • earn a diploma.

Mental Health What? Group-based or individual discussions. Why?
Help with: an addiction, fear, depression, etc. • CGG (Mental healthcare centre) Individual discussions about aggression in the prison h What is aggression and how does it build up? h How can I avoid relapsing? Group-based discussions in the prison about substance abuse h Contemplating your abuse and situation. h Info about substance abuse. h How do you deal with problems, urges and relapses? h How can you avoid a relapse? • Alcoholics Anonymous (AA): Meetings (in group) in the prison for people with an alcohol or drug problem. • Tandem: Will work with you to find the best support outside the prison. in case of addition and mental vulnerability examine the possibilities together
