VÍTOR QUEIROZ PORTIFOLIO
ARCHITECTURE

I am Vítor Queiroz, an Architectural Designer and Senior Building Technical Officer with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. I am currently in the final stages of my Bachelor’s in Architecture and Urbanism (expected graduation June 2026). Having been active in the field since 2011, upon completing my Technical Degree in Building Construction, my career integrates hands-on expertise, architectural design, and project management. This allow me to deliver highly detailed, efficient solutions aligned with real-world construction practices.
In 2015, I spent six months in the United States working at Stone Projects, where I performed technical measurements and developed projects for automated stone cutting. This international experience was a turning point, broadening my technical perspective and deepening my focus on architectural design and development. In 2018, I founded my own design and renovation firm, serving residential and corporate clients. My portfolio includes significant projects for Marriott International, delivering renovations for prestigious hotels such as the Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort and JW Marriott Hotel Rio de Janeiro.
Currently, I am an Architectural Designer at Construtora Quartzo, where I manage architectural projects, property legalization, and construction oversight. Since 2024, I have fully integrated BIM methodology into my workflow, utilizing Revit as my primary tool for high-precision modeling and documentation.

PROJECT ESPAÇO COISA DA TERRA
Project developed in collaboration with Serqueiros de Paula - Arquitetura e Interiores
This project’s vision was the conception of an event space designed not only to host celebrations but to serve as the physical translation of Rio’s bohemia. The central goal was to create an environment where architecture acts as a stage for culture, blending the laid-back charm of the suburbs with the elegance of contemporary design. It is a deeply welcoming space, crafted to resonate with the rhythm of Samba and the authentic flavors of traditional Brazilian gastronomy. Every detail was meticulously thought out to celebrate the vibrant, urban soul of Rio de Janeiro.

PROJECT: PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTER
Academic project developed during the Architecture and Urbanism program.
This Primary Healthcare Center utilizes bioclimatic strategies and the site's natural topography to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact. The human-centered design is reflected in the 4.5m highceiling reception area, which ensures thermal and visual comfort by integrating the interior with the outdoor garden through large glass frames.
The contemporary architectural language, characterized by slender columns and a flat roof, steers away from rigid hospital aesthetics, offering a sense of lightness and warmth. The layout was designed for intuitive flow, facilitating movement for all users, while gentle ramps ensure full accessibility and a seamless connection between the different terrain levels.
The project also features internal courtyards that promote cross-ventilation and direct contact with greenery at strategic points. In this way, the architecture reaffirms its commitment to care and well-being, merging technical rigor with nature to transform the healthcare environment into a truly welcoming space.
