Corsicana Main Street was established in 1985 and has played a key role in the continued revitalization of downtown Corsicana. Today, the district spans 26 square blocks and includes 236 buildings, serving as a center for local business, community activity, and reinvestment. The mission of the Main Street program is to revitalize downtown through historic regeneration by building strong partnerships with the City of Corsicana, preservation organizations, the educational community, civic and volunteer groups, and downtown property owners, businesses, and residents. These collaborative efforts support a thriving, resilient district that benefits the entire community. We are proud of the progress achieved over the years and remain focused on building on that momentum. In the past five years alone, 59 new businesses have opened downtown and are still operating today. During that same period, more than $17 million has been reinvested in the district. Downtown Corsicana is currently home to 188 businesses, employs more than 800 people, and includes over 160 residents. We invite you to consider supporting Corsicana Main Street through sponsorship. Sponsorship support allows the Main Street program to maintain high-quality events and programming while also creating new opportunities for reinvestment. Specifically, these sponsorships will hopefully help the program redirect a portion of existing event budgets toward a façade grant program. This program will assist downtown business and property owners as they improve and preserve their historic properties, strengthening the overall appearance and long-term viability of the district. Enclosed you will find information outlining available sponsorship opportunities and how your support directly contributes to downtown programs, reinvestment efforts, and historic preservation. The Corsicana Main Street Program, designated an official Texas Main Street City in 1985, is primarily focused on revitalizing the downtown area through strategies emphasizing historic preservation and economic development. Its efforts aim to create a strong sense of community, facilitate the expansion of new businesses, foster vibrant downtown activity, and provide current development incentives. As one of the largest downtowns in Texas, covering 26 full blocks, Corsicana Main Street prides itself on its thriving businesses, restaurants, and arts district, presenting itself as a unique destination for those looking to slow down or remember something new for future generations to enjoy.

Corsicana Main Street is committed to a range of Beautification Projects aimed at enhancing the downtown area, which spans 26 full blocks and is recognized as one of the largest downtowns in Texas. Among their successful ongoing projects are the Sandwich Boards. These boards serve as a crucial marketing tool and visual branding for businesses throughout downtown. They are specifically used by and available to new retail and restaurant businesses in the area, contributing to the overall goal of elevating cohesive branding and providing useful advertising and resources for both locals and tourists.
SANDWICH BOARD BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT: This sponsorship specifically supports the ongoing Sandwich Board project, which serves as a marketing tool and visual branding for businesses in downtown Corsicana and is used by new retail and restaurant businesses.

The Sponsor will receive appropriate acknowledgement as indicated by their selected sponsorship level. Recognition will include but may not be limited to the items outlined on the Sponsorship Levels page. Final decision regarding recognition and placement will rest with Corsicana Main Street Director. This document represents the full agreement between Corsicana Main Street and the Sponsor. It supersedes all previous written and oral agreements related to the sponsorship level and benefits listed herein. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing. The Sponsor agrees to pay the selected sponsorship level indicated above. Payment and logos are due by December 25th, 2026.
