Finally, after two years of pandemic mayhem, a true since of normalcy. Admittedly, though, we still have to pinch ourselves to know it’s real.

Throughout the most restrictive days of the COVID lockdown, Jennifer and I made a point to frequent breweries in our neck of the woods — the 757 region of Coastal Virginia. We did the whole drive-thru thing and huddled around an outdoor fire-pit or two to savor the latest release from our neighborhood beer makers.

Now that masks are off and with a sense of having our lives back, we are delighted to share this new issue of Virginia Craft Beer Magazine with you. And, yes, as a side note, VCBM survived too.

In this issue, you’ll read about some must-attend festivals of all kinds where craft beer of Virginia will enhance your experience. These events range from craft beer festivals to music festivals, visual art festivals to homemade crafts.

I encourage you and friends to get out, breathe — yes, BREATHE — some fresh air and enjoy life while supporting the breweries offered at all of the events.

Beyond festivals, join us in making an effort to travel around this beautiful Commonwealth of Virginia, from its sandy beaches and waterways to its treetopped mountains and historical points of relevance, and pop into each and every brewery you can squeeze in.

Raise a glass at every opportunity and revel in the moment because we can never take even the simplest pleasures in life for granted any longer. This includes peace, stability and living free of tyrannical invaders.

To our Ukrainian friends in the brewing community such as Ulyana Wingard of The Garage Brewery in Chesapeake, we can only express our concern and hope that your fellow countrymen and women back home will prevail.

Life is precious and nothing is guaranteed. Enjoy every moment this spring and raise that glass. You deserve it.

IThree Notch’d Acquires Wild Wolf Space

n early 2022, Mary Wolf, founder of Wild Wolf Brewing Company on Nelson County’s famed Route 151, acknowledged she was selling the brewery but declined to provide details stating she had signed a nondisclosure.

By March, Charlottesville-based Three Notch’d Brewing Company announced it had acquired the real estate (13 acres) and brewpub of Wild Wolf in Nellyford.

Wild Wolf opened its first location in 2010 at Valley Green Shopping Center before moving to its wellknown location in a former garden center turned restaurant.

Wild Wolf was one of the pioneering craft breweries of the modern age, operating as a brewpub before SB604 was passed, and helped create the Brew Ridge Trail, the Commonwealth’s first beer trail connecting Starr Hill Brewery in Crozet to Blue Mountain Brewery in Afton, and Devils Backbone Brewing Company. Craft beer enthusiasts from all over Virginia flocked to Nelson County for the beer and natural, rural charm of the county. This is where Virginia’s beer tourism began.

Wild Wolf earned several awards in its decade of operation and its beers such as Area 151 (Pale Ale), Strawberry Schwarzcake, and Blonde Hunny were well distributed and visible across Virginia.

For Three Notch’d Brewing Company, founded in 2013 and now the state’s largest independent craft beer maker, the Nelson County location makes sense even though its just 32 miles from its main production facility in downtown Charlottesville.

Three Notch’d enjoys wide retail distribution and premium visibility of its packaged flagship products such as 40 Mile IPA and Minute Man IPA as well as its canned Blackberry Gose and the limited, yet popular released Big Slice Juicy IPA. These brands are frequently found in restaurants too.

To expand its brand footprint, Three Notch’d has opened various satellite locations in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Roanoke, and Harrisonburg.

Each of these house small brewing systems for producing collaboration beers with community organizations to be enjoyed exclusively onsite. Brewers also make weekly oneoff experimental batches to keep consumers coming back for the “cool new brew” as well as the triedand-true mainstay beers produced in Charlottesville.

The Nellysford location speaks to Three Notch’d Brewing Company’s apparent desire to connect with craft beer’s Virginia roots while also expanding its brand offerings.

“It’s safe to say that we will invest

heavily on improving the property and the customer experience,” said Three Notch’s CEO George Kastendike. “We’re excited about joining the 151 community.”

“We are planning some renovation work on all consumer facing spaces, inside and outside,” said Natalie Gershon, Three Notch’d Brewing Company’s Chief Growth Officer.

“As of now, the phase one plan for innovation and category expansion fits within the current structures on site. However, this land gives us some flexibility to dream a bit bigger. Having long been enamored with Route 151, we believe this new location allows us to plant deeper roots as Virginia’s Freshest Beer, and are excited for consumers from across the state, and beyond, to stop by and raise a glass with us.”

An important part of the upgrades will include a connection to public water treatment facilities. An estimated 500,000 barrels of clean water annually will be used.

In addition to beer, the Nellysford location will expand with a line of non-alcoholic beverages, ready-todrink cocktails, and the launch of Three Notch’d Distilling Company.

“Breaking the constraints of capacity is the first step in realizing our vision to expand Three Notch’d beyond beer, diversifying our portfolio across beverage categories,” said Kastendike.

Stone Barges In

Staff Report

How big are Stone Brewing’s new fermenting vessels? Large enough that they had to be put on a barge and then sent up the James River to Richmond.

Stone RVA received four 1,000-barrel tanks in early March that will increase its production capacity from 150,000 barrels to 200,000 barrel annually. This increased capacity is necessary for the brewery’s beer and hard seltzer expansion projects as well as increased distribution to European markets due to the closure of its Berlin (Germany) location.

Stone’s Richmond manufacturing facility services all states east of the Rocky Mountains.

In addition to the mass production side of the business, the Richmond location is also gaining a 10-barrel pilot system for its brewers to flex their creative muscles for unique to RVA one-offs and limited editions.

Stone’s Richmond taproom is also now providing a taste of San Diego thanks to kitchen manager Safiya Cortorreal. Menu items include Chicken Tinga Nachos and Tacos, Jackfruit Carnitas Rice Bowl, and Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese.

“Richmond is home to Stone and continues to support our growth in a really meaningful way,” stated Maria Stipp, Stone Brewing CEO. We’ll continue to invest in our facility, the community and our talented team. I can’t wait to see that pilot system in action and what our awesome brewers have in store for us.”

Two Virginian Women On Brewers Association Board

The Brewers Association, the national organization championing independent craft breweries in America, now has two Virginians who happen to be women on its Board of Directors. Earlier this year, Winchester Brew Works founder and co-owner Holly Redding joined Melissa Romano of Lake Anne Brew House as a strategic representative of the 21-person Board. Ten of the board members are women.

Refreshing Virginia Beer Company

Williamsburg-based Virginia Beer Company will celebrate its sixth anniversary on Saturday, April 9 with a big party at the brewery.

Where many established craft breweries go through a brand refresh after a decade or more, Virginia Beer Company says it will do so this spring.

“The brewery is working on a pretty significant branding project, focused for now on our core lineup of beers but with additional branding changes that will impact other areas in the future, the largest rebrand we’ve ever undertaken since opening in 2016,” said Robby Willey. “The unveiling and launch of our new core cans along with some additional innovations (like Free Verse 12-packs) will likely hit the market in March.”

Virginia Beer Company now has distribution of its award-winning beers across Virginia as well as New York City. They are also shipping select beers internationally.

“We’re excited about these new designs and definitely hope to make a splash with them in March and going forward,” Willey said.

Old Bust Head’s Carbon-Captured Beers — For Finley

When you hear the term “carbon capture” used, it’s primarily in reference to carbon emission originating from oil production, power plants and factories producing steel and other industrial goods.

Last year in Iceland, the world’s largest carbon capture plant designed to remove greenhouse gas from the atmosphere came online.

Carbon is everywhere it seems, even in the making of your beer.

Old Bust Head Brewing Company, located in Fauquier County, Virginia, has partnered with Earthly Labs, an Austin, Texas-based company, to become the first brewery in Virginia to implement carbon capture technology to reduce CO2 emissions.

Sustainability and environmental issues are personal to Old Bust Head founders Julie and Ike Broaddus.

“We’ve always shared a desire to be kinder to our planet,” said Julie. “I grew up traveling to remote natural places, and Ike grew up in a household of precocious environmentalists. So, our plan when opening Old Bust Head was in part to show other businesses how environmentally friendly investments can have a compelling pay back, and to show our community that life can be both rich and sustainable.

“In 2013, our commitment to environmental sustainability became much more personal. We were in the midst of digging the eighteen 500’-deep geothermal wells that would reduce our costs of heating and cooling, and were renovating a 1950s warehouse on the old Vint Hill farm turned secret military listening post for our taproom, when we learned our daughter Finley had a rare liver cancer.

“It is a challenge to tell you about Finley in short order—she was well known for her uniquely lighthearted and exuberant spirit and at the same time for her serious concern over the threat of climate change,” Broaddus continued. “She did everything she could personally to reduce her carbon footprint—and in her upbeat yet persistent way, got others to do the same. Finley just had been accepted early decision to Willam & Mary to study environmental policy when she got the news.

“Over the next 5 months, Finely and I lived at John’s Hopkins where she fought both cancer and for the planet. In her usual nonjudgmental style, she trained the nurses to turn out the lights in empty rooms, and not to use styrofoam or waste multiple plastic pill cups. She asked people to plant a tree rather than send flowers or other gifts. She channeled the love and support she was receiving into love and support for the earth.

“That February, Finley’s aunt suggested she start a fund so people could do more. Finley named it ‘Finely’s Green Leap Forward Fund’ and by March 12, her 18th birthday, the fund had received over $67,000. By Earth Day, when Finley made the first two grants to The Greenbelt Movement in Kenya and the Cacapon Institute in West Virginia, the fund was well over $100,000.

“We lost Finley a little over a month later on June 2, but her message and her fund has continued to grow. To date, the fund has granted $345,000 to organizations fighting climate change.”

In 2020, Old Bust Head Brewing Company installed a 100-KW solar array on its roof that produces 50% of the electricity used to brew its beer.

Drawing further inspiration from their daughter, Ike and Julie committed the brewery to purchasing a $100,000 “Cici” unit to capture CO2 produced from yeast in the brewing process.

“The captured CO2 produced during fermentation is reused during other stages of the brewing process where CO2 is required, such as purging our bride tanks or for our beer lines in the taproom,” said Cara O’Neal, Old Bust Head’s event and social media coordinator. “Capturing the CO2 that we produce during the brewing process will reduce or eliminate our need to purchase outside CO2.”

The first carbon-captured beer produced by Old Bust Head was a fresh-hopped version of its Graffiti House IPA called Bust Head EPA.

According to O’Neal, all of the brewery’s products will use this method including upcoming limited released, draft-only beers like Carrot Cake Stout and Pineapple Certain Swagger DIPA.

Monticello Mountain Ale Debuts

Beer was such an essential ingredient to colonial life, Thomas Jefferson designed spaces for brewing and storing home-brew on the grounds of Monticello.

Much has been written on the topic, and now some 210 years after Jefferson’s first batch was bottled — May 12, 1812 — a modern Monticello Ale makes its debut at the famous home of the nation’s third president.

Monticello Ale — made with honey harvested onsite — is a collaborative effort between the Monticello Foundation and Blue Mountain Brewery in Afton, Virginia.

To learn more about this exciting venture, I reached out to Stephanie Fox, the retail product manager at Monticello, and Blue Mountain’s Taylor Smack.

Virginia Craft Beer (VCB):How did a beer collaboration become of interest to the Monticello Foundation?

Stephanie Fox: Monticello has a number of products made with ingredients grown in our gardens—pepper jelly, hot sauce, Bloody Mary mix. We wanted to explore how we might do the same with a new beverage, and beer brewing has a long history at Monticello. When we started the project, we knew we wanted to partner with a local brewery that shared similar values and goals. After meeting with Taylor, we knew that Blue Mountain was the perfect fit. Like Monticello, they are focused on sustainability, investing in our local community, and creating a high-quality product.

VCB: Is the recipe based on those of Thomas Jefferson or of a style likely to have been brewed at Monticello by his wife or Peter Hemings?

Fox: We wanted Monticello Mountain Ale to celebrate the long tradition of brewing at Monticello. Initially it was Jefferson’s wife, Martha Wayles Skelton Jefferson, who brewed fifteen-gallon batches of small beer (which has a relatively low alcoholic content) nearly every two weeks at Monticello. After her death in 1782, enslaved chef Peter Hemings became the plantation’s head brewer. Hemings, who learned malting and brewing from British brewmaster Joseph Smith, increased beer production and introduced a stronger ale.

VCB: Can you provide the ingredients used and ABV?

Taylor Smack: At first glance this is a delicious, relatively simple beer—two-row pale barely malt, a small amount of crystal malts, and an easy hand of German and English hops. What sets Monticello Mountain Ale apart is the secret ingredient: honey harvested from Monticello’s own beehives. The bees help pollinate Monticello’s gardens, and in turn, a taste of the nearby land is in our beer.

We also wanted to nod to the history of beer at Monticello, which would have been a beverage with only moderate strength, also described as a “table liquor,” consumed at Thomas Jefferson’s dinner table. Monticello Mountain Ale has flavor and depth, and at 5.5% ABV, it is built on the same principle of a moderate beverage for daily consumption, though it is just a bit stronger than Jefferson’s table beer. Whether you enjoy it at Monticello or a Blue Mountain location, we’d humbly suggest that it’s a ‘must try’ beer in 2022.

VCB: Can you share details of the packaging (cans/bottles) and label design?

Smack: This first springtime release of our collaborative beer will be in draft, six packs of 12oz bottles, and a limited runLEof corked-and-caged 750ml bottles.

Those visiting Monticello will find it available at Monticello Farm Table café (draft) and Museum Shop (to-go bottles). It will also be available at Blue Mountain’s two locations in Nelson County and South Street Brewery in Charlottesville. There also may be a very limited amount of this beer funneled to retailers through Blue Mountain’s distribution network.

Fox: There will be rather limited distribution of this special beer, and what there is will be centered around the Charlottesville area. What we really want to do is encourage people to experience Monticello Mountain Ale onsite at Monticello itself or at the rural and beautiful Blue Mountain locations.

VCB: What percent of sales benefits Monticello Foundation?

Fox: 100% of beer sales at Monticello will go toward the historic site’s dual mission of education and preservation.

VCB: Final thoughts?

Fox: We hope Monticello Mountain Ale is the first of many collaborations with Blue Mountain Brewery. Our goal is to develop other beers that include Monticello-grown ingredients and connect people with history.

Yeast is King

As winter starts giving away to spring, the brewers at Pen Druid get ready to make beer the old-fashioned way.

By old fashion, they mean centuries, not years.

Like the Belgium monks who perfected brewing back in the 14th century, the brothers who founded Pen Druid create special batches using spontaneous fermentation, which relies on airborne yeast to swoop into their unfermented wort and turn its sugars into alcohol.

Pen Druid is one of several Virginia breweries that are producing their own yeast – either by cultivating and preserving it or collecting it from the wild with each batch. The process fulfills a goal of creating a completely local product and putting a signature stamp on their beer that no other brewer can replicate.

“Food products traditionally -- especially fermented products like beer and wine -- are an expression of their time and place,” said Lain Carney, who led the effort to capture the yeast in 2015 before Pen Druid opened. “For us, making a traditional fermented malt beverage, it’s a no brainer to cultivate the wild yeast here that is healthy and happy.”

Why Yeast?

Beer is a simple beverage made up four ingredients: water, malt, hops, and yeast. Yeast is the most essential – without it, the beer does not become an alcoholic beverage – but it is often overlooked by American brewers, who largely have focused on hops to flavor their beers.

“For all of the emphasis on hops, brewers are missing that yeast can introduce unique flavors to beer,” said Jasper Akerboom, a microbiologist who created his own strain of yeast to brew at home more than a decade ago and today owns Jasper Yeast. “There’s something unique you can create with

your own yeast. There are certain flavors that you don’t know that are out there.”

About 10 years ago, while still a homebrewer, Akerboom collaborated with Lost Rhino to brew Native Son, a beer with 100 percent Virginia ingredients. His yeast gave the blond ale a “nice, hard candy flavor,” he said. After working for Lost Rhino for several years, now, he runs an Ashburn company that cultivates and preserves yeast strains for breweries.

In addition to the late winter through spring wild fermentation season, Pen Druid brews a range of Belgium style ales with a yeast that Lain Carney cultivated back in 2015.

The Veil Brewing has an active spontaneous brewing operation that produces a variety of lagers, ales, and goses in its Richmond and Norfolk locations.

Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery has cultivated a strain of yeast on their Loudoun farm and last year, won second place medals for their pale ale and pilsner from the Virginia Craft Brewers Guild.

How To Do It

Yeast spores are living organisms and, like all organisms, they’re hungry. They have a sweet tooth and are attracted to sugars and starches in the natural environment, whether it is the dough mixture in a baker’s kitchen or unfermented beer left out overnight on a farm.

During the 12-hour marathon wild fermentation process at Pen Druid B rewery, Jennings Carney and his team pours 300 gallons of unfermented beer in a coolship – a raised platform bordered by short walls. They leave it out overnight for the natural yeast on their farm brewery to feast upon.

Once the local yeasts are actively eating the beer, the brewers transfer the liquid to barrels for additional fermenting over the next 12 to 18 months.

Jennings said they have experimented with wild fermentation at other times of year and have found that the best window for brewing is late February through April. That’s when the temperatures on the farm just east of the Shenandoah Mountains are similar to the winter months in Belgium, which is when the Lambic brewers do their wild fermenting to this day.

Capturing and cultivating a yeast strand is like a science experiment, Akerboom says. You need to keep good notes, try several approaches, and learn to live with failure.

“It’s pure trial and error,” he said. “The beauty of it is you’re being guided by something that’s being given to you, and it’s not something you can control.”

That lack of control includes not being able to predict the flavor notes in the final product. Yeasts developed in controlled environments provide consistent flavors from batch to batch. The wild-caught yeasts evolve over time and that can change the taste of the beer.

The lack of consistency is one reason that brewers shy away from locally created yeast and rely on commercial products. Another reason is the effort required to collect and preserve unique yeast strains.

To cultivate the strain that Pen Druid uses for traditional brewing, Lain Carney estimates that he tried 60 different times to find the right one. He eventually homed in on two strands that had the tasting notes for the type of Belgium ale he and his brothers wanted to produce.

“I just started feeding them wort,” he said. “Whatever was the dominate fermentative agent just took over and left the less vigorous yeast behind.”

He eventually settled on the one yeast that created the beer he liked the best. The brewery continues to use it today.

In the early days of brewing with it, Pen Druid lost a few batches of beer because the yeast didn’t perform well. Now, the yeast rarely lets them down.

“It’s six years old, and there’s not a lot that it does that surprises anyone anymore,” Lain said.

Lain treated yeast wrangling like developing a food product.

“When I approached yeast wrangling with a sourdough bread approach – follow your nose, follow your taste – I ended up with a very vigorous, very tasty yeast,” he said.

And it’s a flavor that no other brewer can replicate.

His brother Jennings said that his favorite feedback is from people who have tasted beer from all over the world.

“The best thing I’ve heard back from them is that it doesn’t taste like a Belgium beer; it tastes like our own thing,” he said. “We want to create something that speaks to where we’re from and who we are.”

Trivia Night Fever

So, it struck Chris Drummond one day while running The Art of Music memorabilia store at The Mirage casino in Las Vegas that he knows a whole lot of random facts about a whole lot of different things, and while his impressive collection of “useless knowledge” actually did prove helpful in selling memorabilia, he didn’t really see it paving a path to big bags of cash.

Chris grew up in Strasburg, VA and after moving back to NoVa, he befriended Matt Hagermann, CEO and founder of Ashburn’s Lost Rhino Brewing Company. Chris had experience in sales and became a sales rep for Lost Rhino, a position that over time morphed into handling entertainment and becoming a VP of operations. Four to five years later, Chris moved on to manage the taproom at House 6 Brewing Company, also in Ashburn, but he maintained a good relationship with the folks at Lost Rhino.

Already having video editing experience and having purchased a small PA system, it was time to throw some trivia against the wall and see if it would stick. It didn’t stick so great in the beginning,

The name of the new endeavor? World’s Okayest Trivia – a riff on shirts with taglines such as “World’s Okayest Dad,” which he had always found amusing due to their self-deprecating nature. It was amusing to learn that some participants didn’t quite get the joke and would come

“It was very validating to see this kernel of an idea grow into something where people seek you out and want to make what you are doing part of their weekly schedule,” he said.

During the pandemic, he did do some Facebook livestream trivia events and used such events to talk up NoVa breweries he had been working with in hopes of sending some business their way for breweries doing to go sales.

Hop On Over to Patch

After founding and running the successful Hop On Tours, a bus excursion company that has hosted thousands of guests on trips to Charlottesville and Nelson area breweries, wineries, and distilleries over the past decade, Jon Craig and Andre Xavier decided to delve further into the craft drinks industry by opening their newest venture, Patch Brewing Co., in Gordonsville.

“They have watched the craft drinks industry grow in Virginia over the past several years, and wanted to become a provider as well,” explained General Manager Clay Hysell.

Patch’s location in the former VFW Post in Gordonsville sits on fourteen acres, seven of it wooded, and the building itself was built 60 years ago of solid cinder block construction. It is also home to a 2-story press box and baseball field. Additionally, Patch has converted the open-air picnic pavilion that sits adjacent to the ball field into a winterized taproom with sliding barn doors, a fireplace, and a half-dozen fire-pits.

“The VFW has had a strong tradition since the 1960s. It was the first little league field in town, and the VFW hall

was the site of weekly bingo, wakes, weddings, and many civic functions,” says Hysell.

Hysell says the brewery intends to continue that connection with the community. From hosting little league games in 2023 to being a site for weddings, family get-togethers, and birthday or retirement parties, Patch aims to maintain and expand the location’s role as a gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.

“We have been embraced by the local community and look forward to a long association. Several local dogs (and their owners) use our dog park weekly and we love to see them. We also look forward to increased association with the civil organizations of the foothills of Virginia.”

The brewery’s name holds a threefold meaning for the owners, the first being a nod to the location at the VFW, paying homage to military patches. Additionally, they intend to plant pick-your-own blackberry and pumpkin patches in future years. Finally, the brewery is being built in stages in a “patchwork fashion.”

“In 2021, we operated out of the former picnic pavilion and built a kids’ play area and an off-leash dog park. In 2022,

we will open the indoor taproom (which used to be the VFW bingo hall) and will start games on our former baseball field. In late 2022 or early 2023, we will finish a nature walk through our seven acres of wooded property.”

Head Brewer Erik Filip and General Manager Clay Hysell were both former homebrewers. In addition, Filip has also worked as a commercial brewer for seven years at Three Notch’d and most recently at Devils Backbone.

As a farm brewery, some of the ingredients will be sourced from Patch’s own property. They are currently growing hops, blackberries, and apples and have located many persimmon trees in their wooded areas. The brewery intends to stay “true-to-style” and expects to offer several beers under an ABV of 5.0.

“Erik is a big fan of German and English-style beers, and it is likely that most of our offerings will derive from those two traditions. Expect Patch to offer well-executed lagers and ales that are approachable and drinkable. Beerflavored beer.”

Due to supply chain issues, Patch has been challenged to garner all of the necessary brewery equipment and other

supplies. As a work-around until later in the spring, Patch has been contract brewing their beers elsewhere using their own recipes. Filip also participates on brew days. While Patch has a number of plans for its own expansion on the property in future years, they are also hoping to become another attraction along what Hysell cites as the “231 Corridor.”

“One great advantage is our 14-acre location right on Route 231 in Orange County within 5 miles of many other craft beverage settings (Keswick, Merrie Mill, Well Hung, Barboursville, Horton and Honah Lee Vineyards, Castle Hill Cidery, Champion Ice House and a new distillery coming later this year in Barboursville). We hope that the “231 Corridor” will develop popularity among the general public and all of these great venues can benefit from the increased visits that we hope this new ‘corridor’ will bring.”

As for events and activities, there is no shortage of entertainment at Patch. Trivia and karaoke are held alternately on Thursday nights and beginning on April 1, Patch will have live music every Friday and Saturday night from 6-9 pm. Wednesday afternoons feature a “Diamond Dogs” event during which the brewery closes the gates on the baseball field creating the area’s largest off-leash dog park.

“We will be the only brewery in Virginia with a baseball/kickball field, an off-leash dog park, a nature walk, and a kids’ area. We also offer adult craft nights and kids’ craft afternoons one day/month with tickets for sale on our online store. Upcoming events include “paint your own stein’ for adults, and tie-dye for kids. Future plans include a larger outdoor music venue, a permanent food truck, more fire pits, and a disc golf course.”

In addition to being a farm brewery, Patch offers a number of other options for guests including cider and wine on tap, nonalcoholic beers, wine by the bottle, juice boxes, and soda. They also intend to offer a wine slushie option this summer in the indoor taproom.

“We will be growing in patchwork fashion over the next several years. We have a lot of ideas and a lot of space. Guests, their families, and their pets can relax and enjoy music, kickball, offleash dog time, kids kicking soccer balls in the field, or just laze at a fire-pit with a lager in hand. What more do you need? Come check us out and watch us grow.”
