REPORT
Hi guy's I am being very efficient this month in writing my report a week early in fact. Have had such a. great weekend with the Daffodil day fund raiser I needed to remember all events. Thanks to Steve, Jill and helpers for organising this event. Started with car boot sale BBQ and car display down by the market day. What a great turn out of members and cars. The weather looked after us which played a big part on its success. Thankyou to all people that donated to the national Cancer charity. That evening Steve had organised a quiz evening which by the way I am hopeless at but enjoyed it. nonetheless. Approx 30 odd people turned up. A huge thanks also goes to Donald for organising the classic car club members to join us. This integration of clubs is important to the success of any event. Prizes were won and I think we all were scholar's by the end of the evening. Thanks to our club members for supplying a fantastic super. Monday is the day we're delivering the Daffodils. Looking forward to the film evening on the 4th September. Elvis is the film. All public are welcome. 5.30pm at the the waimate picture theatre. Just a reminder if anyone has a CD or something they would like to share on our meeting night let me know please. Next meeting 15th September at 7.30pm. Cheers. Owen
