Ashburton GENERAL BUSINESS: Daffodil Day Fundraising / National VCC Event 21/22 August 2021. Run similar to last year: hair shaving, car display & BBQ, movie. Any other ideas most welcome. Members are welcome to use the Maxi for events. All it will cost is petrol. Great to take to the all british day 27th Feb. Spare Maxi for sale. Add to go into Beaded wheels.

Club Captains Report Once again we are in lockdown, getting good at reorganising our lives now. How lucky we were to get the wallaby rally over without that disruption. The Rally was a great success with some amazing vintage cars coming from far and wide. The whole day was fantastic, weather wise, venue, run and the afternoon get together. Many thanks to all those who helped make the day such a success. Those who didn’t manage to get there you missed a great day out By now. You should all be familiar with the arrangements for the weekend run to Roxburgh in April. Details in this copy of Rolling Wheels, and also Glenys has e mailed details to members. Hopefully by then we should be out of a lockdown!! The date for the three Passes, and Gorges should be finalised by next month, and, weather permitting will be early May. Happy lockdown! Keep safe. Hi Members We are doing a trip to Roxburgh April 16th, 17th & 18th. We are staying at Millers Flat Camping Ground, 1670 Teviot Road, Millers Flat. Ph 03 44 66 877 . There are a limited number of units available, so its first in, first served. You can take a campervan or caravan also. Accommodation bookings are up to the individual to book.
