For those members who wish to put their names forward for any vacancies that may arise in any current committee, then this is the official Incorporated Societies Act Form that will require completion and returned to that current committee.

On the 8th May a showing of our cars has been organized by Elwyn Pirie at the Radius Althorp Village at 10.30am. This is a park and display event and Althorp will supply lunch to the drivers. This event replaces last months visit, cancelled due to adverse weather.
Please contact Elwyn Pirie 027 4914600 ASAP to assimilate the numbers coming.
The Mount Mainstream Car Show has been organised to support the downturn in the retail sector since the Mt. Maunganui land slide closure. The event takes place Saturday 9th May 10am-2pm.
The parking facilities are on adjacent sites and therefor you are requested to contact Chairman Donn White 027 4764465 to obtain your parking spots.
What a fantastic day was had by all. The day was warm and sunny with the BOP VCCC and Mini Owners Club turning out in there droves. This was a great showing of what our combined clubs can do and judging by the general public lining the streets for vantage points and the crowd descending on us in the park-up spot, we were very well received. The ladies get together at the clubrooms was a great start to what will be a regular monthly gathering. 19 ladies attended and had fun playing games and getting to know each other.
Congratulation to the winner of the raffle Marie Hart.
The next get together is being organised at a café next month. Details will be Buzzed out.
April Nog & Natter at the Rain Bar Papamoa was again well attended with 24 members enjoying great company and good food. Included in the gathering were new members
Bruce and Joanne Anderson and Robert and Janice Steele.
Great to see all you guys there. This months N&N will be held at the Tauranga Citizens Club 19/05/26 at 6pm.
Look forward to seeing you all there for another great event.
Unlike previous movie nights, the April showing of the John Travolta movie ’Wild Hogs’ had limited numbers turn up and we had messages from members unable to attend. Movie night had two other club events taking place on the same week due to two public holidays being in the same month and as a result, the week became very busy. Early May will again see two events on the same weekend but fingers crossed we will see you all at both.
Speaking of public holidays, the parts shed will also be closed at these times.
Our co-ordinator Elwyn Pirie would appreciate more involvement in organizing club runs, please step up here guys, put forward your ideas, they will be appreciated.
