On March 9th students in the 8th and 9th grade will be taking the PSAT 8/9 examination. Students are encouraged to bring #2 pencils and a calculator. Students should anticipate receiving their scores sometime in May and will have the opportunity to discuss the test and scores during Guidance meetings this spring. March 21st – College Night will take place at 7:00pm in the Grace Ann Café. Mrs. Devins will be discussing the college admission process. Career Day is being held for all students on March 30th. Villa Walsh is excited to be welcoming 30 alumnae back on campus to speak to students on various career elds.
SENIORS If you have been accepted to your Early Decision School, please remember to notify the admissions offices of any other school you have applied to, in order to withdraw your application or admission offer. Seniors are STRONGLY encouraged to speak to Mrs. Devins about college options. Please remember to notify the guidance department of any scholarship awards. Also, please check the Guidance website for scholarship opportunities. Seniors need to make their college deposit by May 1st. JUNIORS Please remember to register for upcoming standardized test dates.
Students are continuing to meet individually with Mrs. Devins to discuss career and college searches. Should any student need a transcript or working papers, please stop in the guidance office or email Mrs. Devins at devinse@villawalsh.org

Peer tutoring remains available for all students who feel they could bene t from some additional help with a class. e sign up for requesting and providing peer tutoring can be found on the door of the guidance office. Please stop in or email Mrs. Devins if you have any questions.
To mark the beginning of Black History Month, students gathered for a special prayer service and assembly in the auditorium on ursday, February 2. Junior Cierra Wolckenhauer ‘25 set the tone for the morning by leading the students in “Amazing Grace,” which she sang acapella. With a mix of Scripture readings, re ections, and time for silence, the students prayed together for unity, love, and justice for all people.
