Currency Taxi Fake Guides Tips

It is best to avoid making the exchange at the airport on arrival because the rates charged are unfavourable. You can make the change at the reception or at any bank branch in the city. Please note that the Apple Pay system works in some establishments, but it is preferable to have a 'classic' credit card.

It is possible to book taxis at the reception, or cars with a driver. When taking a taxi in town, it's important to negotiate the fare before getting in (maximum 30 MAD during the day and 50 MAD in the evening).

There are fake guides who can approach you when you walk in the medina, telling you that they are employed in our establishment. They must be ignored. Our guides can be booked at the reception.

We would like to inform you that tips are collective. A box is available at the reception where you can deposit your tips, which will then be distributed equally among all staff.
