He has deployed over $667 million of invested equity across 15 projects, generating $1.07 billion inrealizedproceedswitha1.9xequitymultipleand 18.9%IRR.HispriorleadershiproleswithTrammell Crow Residential, Mill Creek, Holland Partner Group,IntracorpHomes,RelatedGroup,and,most recently, as CEO and Co-Founder of Waterman Residential, sharpened his investment and developmentexpertise.

Chris Parrinello is a seasoned capital markets executive and investor relations leader. He serves as VP of Capital Markets and Head of Investor RelationsforbothVikingCapital,whereheoversees and elevates the full investor experience, with a strongfocusoneducation,transparency,andlongtermalignment.

Overthepastfouryears,Chrishasraisedmorethan $350millioninlimitedpartnercapitalandexpanded the investor base from approximately 300 to over 1,100investors,playingacriticalroleinshapingthe firmʼscapitalformationandgrowthstrategies.

Before joining Viking Capital, Chris served as Director of Capital Markets at PIA Residential in Miami,supportingtheacquisitionofover1,000units totaling approximately $350 million. Previously, he wasManagingDirectoratCaliforniaGoldenFundin Los Angeles, where he raised more than $300 million for hotel development projects across SouthernCalifornia.
