Biography of Victor Sheverda

Victor Sheverda is a Construction Project Manager located in the Greater Denver Area, where he leads a range of commercial construction projects from initial pre-construction planning to final closeout. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, he applies industry-standard practices to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards. The PMP® credential reflects his structured and organized approach, and he blends his formal education with practical field experience to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. His introduction to the construction industry began with hands-on experience at his family’s business, which specialized in building custom-spec residential homes. That company utilized Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction technology, focusing on energy efficiency, structural durability, and resistance to fire, pests, natural elements, and decay. This early exposure helped him understand the value of sustainable construction practices.
