Recognizing the importance of promoting a capable workforce to meet the needs of employers and build our community's economy, VHCC is embarking on a fundraising campaign to complete the much needed Advanced Technology Center. The Close the Gap campaign will expand the power of education at VHCC to transform lives and strengthen our region's economic and social vitality.
Virginia employers need workers with technical skills that require some posthigh school training but not necessarily a four-year degree. VHCC is responding by raising money to expand training opportunities for in-demand industryrecognized credentials. We cannot do it alone.
