LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT The HME community wouldn’t be what it is without you. Thank you for joining us for the VGM Executive Women in HME Retreat. During our time together, we are excited for you to step away from the constant demands of leadership, make space for yourself, and connect with an inspiring community of women who understand both the opportunities and challenges that come with leading organizations, teams, and families. This retreat was created with great intention. It’s a time to slow down, recharge, and engage in meaningful conversations that inspire new ideas, renewed energy, and lasting connections. Our hope is simple: that you leave feeling refreshed, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to navigate leadership alone. We are so grateful you’re joining us. Warmly,

Lindy Tentinger President, VGM & Associates
