Our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) serve as strategic partners to leaders and team members, connecting people strategies with business goals to help our teams and organization thrive. From employee relations and performance management to talent development, workforce planning, and policy guidance, HRBPs provide the expertise, tools, and support leaders need to confidently navigate every stage of the team member experience. By partnering closely with leaders, our HRBPs help navigate workplace challenges, strengthen team effectiveness, and create an environment where team members feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work. Ultimately, they help build strong leaders, high-performing teams, and a positive team member experience that drives long-term business success.
KARLY BUTLER
MEET THE HRBP Will supports leaders across multiple states outside of Texas. As a senior HR partner, he provides strategic guidance on complex employee and organizational matters, partners with business leaders on workforce and talent initiatives, and helps drive consistent people practices across the regions he supports. Karly supports leaders and employees across Texas, serving as a trusted advisor on people-related matters. She partners with leaders to address employee concerns, develop talent, navigate workplace challenges, and foster a positive employee experience. DID YOU KNOW? Before we called it “Human Resources,” many HR departments were known as Personnel Departments. The term Human Resources became much more common in the second half of the 20th century as the profession expanded beyond administrative tasks.

Our Learning & Development (L&D) team equips team members with the knowledge, practice, and confidence to grow in their roles and deliver exceptional experiences.
MEETTHE LEARNING& DEVELOPMENT
From onboarding and rolespecific training to continued development, we create engaging learning experiences and practical resources that build capability, strengthen performance, and help our teams succeed.
Lillian leads our Foundations onboarding experience, helping new team members build the knowledge and confidence to successfully launch their careers at Venterra. She also manages our Learning Management System and supports teammates with training resources, requirements, and learner support.
Learning & Development partners with teams across Venterra to turn business needs into impactful learning solutions. From strategic initiatives and leadership experiences to system implementations, process improvements, and organizational change, we work alongside our business partners to build knowledge, support adoption, and create lasting impact.
Amelia designs learning experiences that strengthen our Sales Operations teams. From onboarding through continued development, she partners with business leaders to create scalable training that builds capability, strengthens performance, and supports exceptional customer experiences.

Roberto supports Texas recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Josefa supports Corporate recruiting while leading key Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that strengthen recruiting processes and move team priorities forward. Elizabeth supports recruiting across multiple states, partnering with hiring managers to connect qualified candidates with the right opportunities and create a positive hiring experience.

Akansha Singh Office Administrator | Richmond Hill Akansha supports the Richmond Hill corporate office while providing administrative and operational support across multiple corporate departments. She manages key workplace systems, supports company-wide initiatives, and helps create a seamless experience for employees, leaders, and visitors. Monica Garner Office Manager | Houston Monica partners with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, workplace operations, and executive priorities across the Houston corporate office. She supports cross-functional projects, employee experience initiatives, and helps drive operational excellence that enables teams to collaborate and perform at their best. DID YOU KNOW?
