Dear Members and Friends, Welcome to the Annual State of the Vegas Chamber and Board of Trustees Installation Luncheon. Today, we celebrate the incredible achievements of the past year and look forward to an exciting future for our organization and our community. Under the outstanding leadership of 2025 Chairwoman Janet Uthman, the Vegas Chamber entered a new era. We moved into our new offices at the Las Vegas Civic Center at Carolyn G. Goodman Plaza, co-locating with Workforce Connections. This places the business community at the intersection of government and community, creating tremendous benefits and opportunities for our members. This past year marked our most successful legislative session ever thanks to our Government Affairs Committee and team. During the 2025 Legislature, the Chamber killed or mitigated every bad-for-business bill and helped pass legislation that strengthens our community. We are proud to be your voice and represent your interests in the halls of government. Our Annual Washington, D.C. Fly-In was another record-setting moment. More than 300 members joined us in the nation’s capital to advocate for Nevada’s priorities, business connections, and learn about public policies to improve our state and country. Additionally, we launched the Small Business Resource Center, complete with a dedicated program manager to help small businesses stabilize, thrive, and grow. We are excited to offer more direct assistance to our small businesses. These milestones reflect the power of collaboration and the unwavering commitment of our members. Thank you to the 2025 Board of Trustees for your leadership and to our members for your engagement and partnership. And congratulations to our 2026 Board of Trustees, including 2026 Chairman Tyler Corder and Chair-elect Joyce Smith. We look forward to building on this momentum, championing pro-business policies, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities that empower our region. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me and for the opportunity to work alongside an incredible group of leaders on the 2026 Board of Trustees. The Vegas Chamber is an essential organization in our community, serving as a driving force behind economic growth and opportunity. Its mission to cultivate prosperity and foster a strong business climate is vital to creating good jobs and ensuring long-term success for Southern Nevada. By championing local businesses and advocating for policies that strengthen our economy, the Chamber helps build a foundation where businesses and families can thrive. TYLER CORDER 2026 Chairman COO/CFO FINDLAY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP

Tyler Corder, a native of Fort Benton, Montana, is a graduate of Montana State University. He began his career with GMAC in Spokane, Washington in 1980 and was appointed GMAC Branch Manager in Las Vegas in 1992. In 1994, he joined Findlay Automotive Group, where he currently serves as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The group operates 35 automobile dealerships across five states. Tyler is committed to community involvement. He is a past Board President of SafeNest, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada. He has also served on the boards of the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Foundation and the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow. His leadership extends to major fundraising events, having served as Corporate Walk Chair for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, the Lung Force Walk for the American Lung Association, and the Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In 2021, he was honored as Best Buddies International Champion of the Year for raising a record amount to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A cancer survivor, Tyler was recognized as an honoree at the American Cancer Society’s Game Changer Gala in 2024 and served as chairman of the event in 2025. He also leads Findlay Automotive Group’s “Findlay Cares” initiative, which supports Southern Nevada charities through donations, volunteerism, and media outreach. Tyler has served on the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees since 2016. In 2025, he was named Chair-Elect and will assume the role of Board Chairman in 2026.

Immediate Past Chairwoman Market Leader and Vice President Cox Las Vegas

Janet Uthman is the Las Vegas Market Leader and Vice President of Cox Las Vegas. She was named to the position in February 2022. The Cox Las Vegas system is one of Nevada’s largest, private non-gaming employers with more than 1,500 employees and a statewide annual economic impact of $2.3 billion. Janet is a longtime telecommunications and cable executive. She was previously Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Comcast. In that position, she developed marketing and sales strategic direction for a highly competitive and complex footprint to secure new and retain existing customers. Earlier in her career, Janet served as Corporate Marketing Director at Black Entertainment Television (BET). She also worked as Regional Director, Affiliate Sales and Marketing at Disney Channel in New York City. She was co-founder and president of a technical operations and marketing consulting company. She is Chair of the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees and is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Opportunity Village. She has been recognized by Cablefax Magazine – Most Influential Minorities in Media and Broadband and by Ebony Magazine as a Power 100 Executive. Janet is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, where she also completed NAMIC (National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications) Executive Leadership Development. She completed the Women’s Executive Leadership program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and, most recently, the McKinsey Executive Leadership Program.

JOYCE SMITH

Chair-Elect Senior Vice President Midfirst Commercial Banking Joyce Smith is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with MidFirst Bank. In her role, she is focused on matching client needs with MidFirst Bank products and services. She has more than 37 years of financial services experience with a focus on middle-market companies. Her clients are participants in a variety of industries, including, attorneys, CPAs, landscaping, general contracting, healthcare, and golf courses. She attended New Mexico State University, and is known in the community for her level of knowledge and exceptional client service. Joyce is actively involved in the community and is honored to be a board member for Capability Health, Mondays Dark, and the Vegas Chamber, and recently joined The Shade Tree as a trustee along with various other nonprofits and professional organizations. Joyce will serve as the Chair-elect of the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees in 2026. She is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program. Joyce has been married to her husband, Ken, for 45 years and has three daughters and seven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing, and golfing.

PAUL ANDERSON Senior Vice President Industry & Government Affairs Boyd Gaming

Paul Anderson is Senior Vice President of Industry and Government Affairs for Boyd Gaming, one of the nation’s largest casino entertainment companies. In this role, Paul oversees Boyd Gaming’s government relations initiatives across the country. Prior to joining Boyd Gaming in 2019, Paul had a distinguished career as an elected official in the state of Nevada. First elected to the Nevada State Assembly in 2012, Paul served as Assembly Majority Leader and Chair of the Ways and Means Committee in the 2015-2016 session. In that role, Paul worked with Governor Brian Sandoval to pass critical educational and economic reform legislation. He later led legislative special sessions that secured funding for the Las Vegas Raiders Stadium, the expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the Tesla Gigafactory. After leaving the legislature in 2017, Paul served as Executive Director of the Governor’s Office for Economic Development (Nevada GOED), the state agency tasked with diversifying Nevada’s economy through the recruitment of new companies and industries. Previous to joining GOED, Paul was president and founder of AndersonPC, a multimillion-dollar IT services company with clients across the western United States. In addition to his role at Boyd Gaming, Paul currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Vegas Chamber and is a former chairman of the organization. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Council for a Better Nevada.

HUGH J. ANDERSON Vice Chair of Government Affairs Managing Director HighTower Las Vegas

Hugh Anderson is Managing Director at HighTower in Las Vegas, bringing 45 years of experience in financial services. A native of Long Island, Hugh is known for contrarian investment strategies and insightful perspectives on markets, the global economy, and geopolitics. He prides himself on simplifying complex concepts and helping clients achieve their goals while reducing financial stress. Hugh holds the Certified Financial Planner and Certified Investment Management Analyst designations and earned both a B.A. and MBA from Hofstra University. Committed to lifelong learning, he dedicates significant time to continuing education. A Las Vegas resident since 1984, Hugh has served as Chairman of the Vegas Chamber, St. Rose Dominican Hospital Community Board, St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation, and the Nevada Council on Economic Education. He also chaired the Governor’s Workforce Development Board. Currently, he is a trustee and executive committee member for the Vegas Chamber, chairing its Government Affairs Committee, and serves as chairman of the Trustee Board for Roseman University of Health Sciences. Additionally, he is a board member of Workforce Connections. He is a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas.

MICHAEL F. BOLOGNINI

Principal Consultant MFB Enterprises

Michael Bolognini is Principal Consultant at MFB Enterprises, a management, M&A, and organizational consulting firm. He recently retired, after 13 years, from Cox Communications as its Vice President and Las Vegas Market Leader. A longtime telecommunications and cable industry executive, he is active in the Vegas Chamber as a member of its Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, Retirement Plan Committee, and a past Chairman. In this volunteer role, Michael has worked to expand the Chamber’s reach beyond Southern Nevada and to engage elected and other leaders in Washington, D.C. in support of key Nevada business initiatives. He began his career in 1980 with AT&T, holding several sales and national account management positions and joined Fujitsu Limited in 1987, where he spent more than 10 years as director and vice president of sales. In 2002, Michael joined MCI/ Lucent Technologies as Vice President of Business Partner Development and remained there until he joined Cox Communications in 2009 Michael earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a member of the board of directors for The Foundation For An Independent Tomorrow (FIT), the board of trustees for the Las Vegas Philharmonic, and the board of trustees for Las Vegas Events. Married to Beverly, Michael is an avid boater and enjoys the outdoors.

Gina Bongiovi is Managing Partner of Bongiovi Law Firm, a boutique firm providing on-demand outside counsel services to businesses of all sizes. Gina launched the firm after starting her own marketing company in 2005 and discovering the lack of legal resources for startups. Today, her team offers business-minded legal advice for companies ranging from single-owner ventures to large organizations with in-house counsel. Gina has helped establish numerous nonprofits, including Dress for Success Southern Nevada, Vegas Shepherd Rescue, Working K9 Rescue, School Guardian Project, and Conscious Gaming. She serves on the Small Business Development Center Board, Dean’s Advisory Boards for UNLV’s Lee Business School and Honors College, the Governor’s Workforce Development Board, Workforce Connections, and was the 2021 Chair of the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees. She previously chaired the Vegas Young Professionals Advisory Council and served on the UNLV Alumni Association Board. A champion for women’s leadership and business diversity, Gina has directed initiatives and events supporting women entrepreneurs and advancing opportunities for diverse businesses. She actively contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem through Startup Weekend, UNLV’s Center for Entrepreneurship, 1 Million Cups, and other programs. Her accolades include NAWBO’s Woman of Distinction Award, Las Vegas Business Press Rising Star of Business, seventime Legal Elite honoree, the International Women’s Forum Carolyn Sparks Founder’s Award, and two UNLV Alumna of the Year awards. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program.

MICHAEL CROME Vice Chair of Finance Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer Las Vegas Raiders & Allegiant Stadium Michael Crome, in his fifth season as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas Raiders, possesses over two decades of leadership experience in accounting, financial analysis and strategic planning, forecasting and business analytics. The Columbus, Ohio native received a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. As a graduate student, he spent a semester in Hyderabad, India studying the dynamics of doing business in the world’s fifth largest economy and most densely populated country. Michael served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Nevada Economic Forum and serves on the board for Communities in Schools of Nevada. He is the Finance Chair for the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees, and serves on the Vegas Chamber Leadership Foundation Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. Michael is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program. Michael and his wife, Chaka, have one daughter, Brie. An avid runner, he completed the World Marathon Challenge in 2019, finishing seven full marathons in seven continents over seven days.

Michael N. Feder is a member of the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC, a full service international law firm with offices located throughout the United States, including in Las Vegas and Reno. During his more than 30 years as a lawyer, 25 here in Las Vegas, Michael has represented and counseled clients in various areas of the law including banking, contracts, copyright, corporate, employment,entertainment and sports, franchise, fraud, gaming, patent, real estate, trademark, securities and related investigations, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair competition, among other areas of law. Michael is passionate about giving back to the community. In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee, and other committees of the Vegas Chamber, Michael is also Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada, and Chair of the Board of Directors of After-School All-Stars of Greater Las Vegas, and on the board of the American Lung Association in Nevada. Previously, Michael served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada and the I Have A Dream Foundation (now known as Core Academy), as well as on the Advisory Board for the Academy of Finance at Clark High School. Michael graduated from NYU Stern School of Business in 1989 with a B.S. in finance and economics, and from Temple University School of Law in 1992. Michael’s biggest joys are being married to Robin, the love of his life and his best friend, for over 25 years, and being “dad” to his amazing daughter Samantha, a Las Vegas native who is graduating from UNLV in Spring 2026 (“Go Rebels!”).

BETSY FRETWELL Founder C4ward Strategies, LTD

Betsy Fretwell brings over 30 years of leadership experience across public and private sectors in Southern Nevada, uniquely positioned at the intersection of government and business. In 2025, she served as Interim President and CEO of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), the region’s economic development organization. Previously, she was the first Chief Operating Officer for the Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2024. Betsy is the founder of C4WARD STRATEGIES LTD, a consulting firm specializing in management, government, technology, and strategic advisory services. Before launching her firm, she spent five years at Switch as Executive Vice President of Strategy, leading government affairs, public sector business development, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging technologies. From 2009 to 2017, Betsy was the second-longest serving City Manager/CEO in Las Vegas history, overseeing 3,300 employees and a $1.3B annual budget. She also directed the Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency, driving downtown revitalization. Under her leadership, the city built a new City Hall, attracted Zappos’ headquarters, completed The Smith Center and the Mob Museum, and secured the UNLV Medical School for the Medical District. She is a former Chairwoman of the Vegas Chamber and a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program.

LORI NELSON-KRAFT Board President Vegas Chamber Leadership Foundation Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Lori Nelson-Kraft is the senior vice president of corporate affairs for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (LVGP). In this role, she oversees communications, government affairs, and community engagement. Before joining the LVGP, she served five years as senior vice president of communications for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) and 14 years as vice president of corporate communications for Station Casinos. Lori currently serves as a Board Trustee for the Vegas Chamber and as the President of the Vegas Chamber Leadership Foundation. She also proudly serves on the board of directors for Noah’s Animal House, a full-service pet shelter located next door and in partnership with The Shade Tree Shelter in Southern Nevada and with the Domestic Violence Resource Center in Northern Nevada in support of victims of domestic violence. Lori has loved living in Southern Nevada for three decades after growing up in Detroit, Michigan, and graduating from Eastern Michigan University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program.

ELLEN SCHULHOFER Shareholder Office Managing Partner Brownstein

Ellen Schulhofer is a shareholder at Brownstein, a leading multidisciplinary law firm and policy shop with 14 offices across the country, including Las Vegas and Reno. She represents and advises public and private companies in Nevada on matters of corporate and LLC law and governance. As Nevada counsel in connection with a broad range of transactional matters, including reincorporations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, equity offerings (including IPOs and deSPAC transactions), debt offerings and secured and unsecured financings, she is one of Nevada’s top corporate attorneys. Ellen also counsels clients regarding the unique issues facing companies engaged in transactions in the gaming industry. Terry A. Shirey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. and Executive Vice President of Zions Bancorporation. Named President and CEO in January 2017, Terry formerly served as Chief Financial Officer for six years before being named President and COO in September 2014. Terry oversees all five banking lines of business – retail, real estate, small business, commercial, and private banking – as well as all bank operations in Nevada. Las Vegas has been Chris’ home for more than 40 years, and he has loved raising his five children here. RYAN WOODWARD Owner & Chief Executive Officer National Technical Institute

Ryan Woodward is the CEO of NTI, a skills-based training school with locations in Nevada, Arizona and Texas. His passion to help others directed Ryan to a 17-year career in banking where he helped business owners reach their professional goals. Always wanting to be a business owner himself, in 2019 he jumped at the chance to join NTI, and own and build his own business. He focused on the overall growth strategy, including ensuring and maintaining educational certificate programs that are streamlined to help others succeed in their chosen career path. He currently co-chairs the Vegas Chamber’s Workforce & Economic Development Committee. He also serves on Nevada’s Governor’s Workforce Development Board working to ensure federal funds for workforce development are spent as effectively and efficiently as possible in our state. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. When he’s not working, you’ll find Ryan spending time with his wife and kids, serving in his church, and wakesurfing at Lake Mead.

For more than two decades, Jeremy has been a driving force behind Nevada’s remarkable growth, known for his ability to bridge public and private sector initiatives with a reputation for trust, integrity, and collaboration. His work has shaped key projects and policies that continue to fuel the state’s prosperity. Jeremy’s contributions span industries, from serving as lead staff to the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee, which secured $750 million in public funding for Allegiant Stadium and brought the Las Vegas Raiders, to playing key roles in private sector initiatives such as the Tesla Gigafactory expansion and the A’s stadium development. His impact also includes significant policy work, such as developing Nevada’s Pupil-Centered Funding Plan, which paved the way for the largest increase in K-12 funding in state history, and helping craft the Campus for Hope legislation, an innovative public-private partnership aimed at addressing homelessness. Jeremy has worked on policy initiatives with Nevada’s last six governors—Republicans and Democrats alike— underscoring his focus on policy over politics. President Las Vegas Athletics

Marc Badain is currently the President of MLB’s Athletics, leading the development of their new Ballpark in Las Vegas and managing the entirety of the business operations including the relocation to Southern Nevada. Prior to that, Marc was the President of Oak View Group Las Vegas – Arena and Entertainment, leading a multi billion-dollar integrated resort and arena project in Las Vegas. A highly respected sports executive, Marc spent three decades with the NFL’s Raiders including seven as team President. Marc oversaw the entirety of the club’s business operations including the relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas and the successful completion of Allegiant Stadium. Marc started with the Raiders as a training camp intern in 1991 before joining the football staff full time as an administrative assistant to the coaching staff the following year. He joined the organization’s finance department in 1995, and was named chief financial officer in 2004. Marc served as team president in an interim capacity from 2013-14. A native of Rochester, N.Y., Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and received his MBA from University of California’s Walter A. Haas School of Business in 2001. Marc and his wife, Amy, have three children, Ali, Bernie and Zach. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biletnikoff Foundation, University of Nevada Sports Management Executive Board, Las Vegas Bowl Committee, Grant a Gift Autism Foundation, Gridiron Greats and Opportunity Village.

Brandon Barkhuff serves as president and CEO of NV Energy where he leads the company’s daily operations and oversees NV Energy’s commitment to deliver low-cost energy, expand its energy portfolio and maintain industryleading reliability for its customers. NV Energy delivers electricity to nearly 1.4 million customers and over 46 million tourists annually throughout its nearly 46,000-mile service territory in the state of Nevada. The company also provides natural gas to 187,000 customers in the Reno-Sparks, Nevada, area. Brandon joined the NV Energy team in 2011 as assistant general counsel. Since then, he has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as senior vice president general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer before being appointed president and CEO. Brandon earned a juris doctor from Boston College Law School. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Brandon is actively involved in community organizations, particularly youth organizations. He is currently a trustee for the National Judicial College as well as the Vegas Chamber. He is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, and currently resides there with his wife and children.

CAROLINE BATEMAN General Council Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority

Caroline Bateman serves as the General Counsel for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the destination marketing organization for Southern Nevada that promotes tourism, conventions, meetings, and special events. The LVCVA also owns and operates the Las Vegas Convention Center, one of the largest convention centers in the United States. Prior to joining the LVCVA, Caroline served as the First Assistant Attorney General for the Nevada Office of the Attorney General. As First Assistant Attorney General, she supervised over ninety attorneys in representing the State’s agencies, departments, and officials. Prior to her appointment as First Assistant Attorney General, Caroline served as the office’s Bureau Chief of Gaming and Government Affairs and Chief Deputy of Boards and Open Government. She also served as chief counsel to the Nevada State Athletic Commission and headed the State’s Open Meeting Law Enforcement Unit. Caroline began her career as a Deputy District Attorney in the Clark County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted crimes from initial arrests through sentencing. Caroline earned her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and English Literature at the University of California, San Diego.

Justin Brown is President of Southwest Gas Corporation, where he leads the company’s utility business, as well as Great Basin Gas Transmission Company. He leads the Company’s commitment to delivering safe, reliable, sustainable, and affordable energy service to its nearly 2.2 million customers, across its three-state service territory of Arizona, California, and Nevada. In his position, Justin is responsible for all core utility functions, which include regulatory strategy and planning, operations,human resources, legal, administration, and sustainability. Justin and his team are committed to delivering results that benefit all stakeholders by ensuring the company is committed and focused on its customers, employees, and regulators,with the goal of exceeding their expectations. Danielle Casey is President & CEO of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), leading efforts to create a prosperous and diverse economy for Southern Nevada. She brings extensive experience in leadership, public administration, marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Previously, Danielle served as President & CEO of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance, where she completed a regional strategic plan and transformed the organization into a mission-driven public-private partnership. Before that, she was Executive Vice President at the Greater Sacramento Economic Council, overseeing business development, marketing, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives. Even during COVID-19, the organization met all job creation goals and launched a regional business retention program. From 2013–2018, Danielle was Economic Development Director for the City of Scottsdale, Arizona, driving projects that generated $24 million in direct revenue, $7 billion in economic impact, 4,400+ jobs, and $160 million in capital investment. Earlier, she held executive roles in the City of Maricopa, Arizona, including Assistant City Manager. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Administration from Northern Arizona University. She is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), serves as Vice Chair of the International Economic Development Council Board, and is an instructor and Board Member at the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute. Vincent “Vince” Ciminise is Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Manager for Valley Bank of Nevada. In his role, Vince and his team directly oversee the strategic business banking relationship of local businesses and strive to help them meet their financial objectives. Vince started with Valley Bank in 2021 to help establish the bank’s new Loan Production Office in Summerlin. His career began in 1985 in Las Vegas. Through the years he has held senior and executive positions with several banks in the Las Vegas market. Vince holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. For over 25 years Vince was involved with the Augustus Society as a member and Chairman for several years. Rich Constable is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Government Affairs and Social Impact for Sphere Entertainment Co., which includes Sphere, a next-generation entertainment medium. Rich helps to drive expansion of Sphere – the first Sphere venue opened in Las Vegas in 2023, and a second Sphere was recently announced for Abu Dhabi. Rich also serves as MSG Entertainment’s chief strategist overseeing legislative, community, and social impact initiatives across the Company’s portfolio, which includes renowned venues in New York and Chicago: Madison Square Garden arena, Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre, and The Chicago Theatre. Finally, Rich’s purview includes leading governmental and social impact matters for Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., which features the New York Knicks (NBA) and New York Rangers (NHL) professional sports franchises. Jaime Cruz serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Connections, Southern Nevada’s Local Workforce Development Board. Since his appointment in October 2017, Cruz has been at the forefront of workforce innovation, championing partnerships with local libraries to expand WIOA-driven workforce programs and increase access to career opportunities across the region. Jaime’s personal journey underscores his deep connection to the challenges faced by individuals seeking career advancement. After immigrating to the United States, he began working as a dishwasher, despite holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escuela Nacional de Marina Mercante in Lima, Peru. Through perseverance, a commitment to mastering English, and a readiness to embrace new opportunities, he returned to the engineering field and later transitioned to public service—dedicated to helping others overcome barriers to success. Before joining Workforce Connections, Jaime made significant contributions to sustainability efforts within Las Vegas’ hospitality industry. He led energy management and building automation projects for major hotel-casino companies, including MGM Resorts International’s CityCenter, one of the most ambitious green developments in the industry. He holds credentials as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) from the Association of Energy Engineers, as well as the Certified Public Manager designation from the State of Nevada.

VICTOR FUCHS President and CEO Helix Electric LLC

Victor Fuchs is President and CEO of Helix Electric, LLC, one of Nevada’s largest and most respected electrical contracting firms. A visionary leader with nearly four decades of experience, Victor has shaped the electrical construction industry across the western U.S. Born in Ukraine, Victor immigrated to the U.S. as a teenager and earned a biology degree from UC San Diego. He joined Helix Electric in 1987 as a Project Manager and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1995, he relocated to Las Vegas to lead regional operations, laying the foundation for Helix’s growth as a leading non-union, merit shop electrical contractor. In 2001, Victor formally established Helix Electric of Nevada, now Helix Electric LLC, as founding partner and president. Under his leadership, the company became an award-winning, full-service contractor known for design/build expertise, innovative methods, and complex electrical systems. By 2015, he expanded operations into Northern Nevada, making Helix the largest electrical contractor in the region. In 2019, Victor guided Helix’s successful entry into Utah, continuing its legacy of technical excellence and community investment. Today, Helix stands as Nevada’s largest non-union electrical contractor and a trusted partner on some of the region’s most sophisticated projects. A devoted husband and father, Victor enjoys skiing, golf, travel, and fine wine with his wife, Lana, and their two children, Lawrence and Elizabeth.

Interim President UNLV

Dr. Chris Heavey is interim president of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), the state’s largest research university and a key driver of Southern Nevada’s economic and workforce development. Appointed by the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents through April 2028, Dr. Heavey brings more than 30 years of leadership at UNLV, previously serving as executive vice president and provost, senior vice provost, dean, and vice provost for undergraduate education. As interim president, he oversees UNLV’s academic, administrative, and financial operations, advancing access to high-demand degree programs, strengthening career pathways, and connecting research and talent to Nevada’s growing economy. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability to ensure UNLV remains a trusted partner to business, government, and community organizations. Dr. Heavey is active in statewide initiatives and serves on boards focused on workforce development, higher education, and community partnerships. A former president of the Nevada State Board of Psychological Examiners, he advocates for mental health care and access across the state. A professor of psychology, his research explores inner experiences that shape thought and behavior, with applications to emotional well-being and workplace performance. He has published extensively and is recognized as a leading scholar in consciousness and mental health. Dr. Heavey earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in clinical psychology from UCLA and his B.A. in psychology from UC Santa Cruz.

JAN JONESBLACKHURST Executive Director UNLV Black Fire Leadership Initiative Caesars Entertainment Board of Directors Jan Jones Blackhurst is a long-time political and business leader who spent most of the 1990s as the first woman mayor of Las Vegas – one of the most popular mayors in the city’s history. She then joined Caesars Entertainment, where she and her teams developed the industry’s first Responsible Gaming practices, advancing environmental stewardship and advocating for important social issues. Jan speaks extensively at many universities and helped establish the International Gaming Institution Center of Excellence at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After leading Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Policy at Caesars for two decades, she joined the Company’s Board of Directors in 2019 where she chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She became Executive Director, UNLV Black Fire Leadership Initiative January 2021. In May 2022, Jan was appointed to the Board of Directors of Esports Entertainment Group, a full stack esports and online gaming company and in March 2023, she joined the Hospitality Group of World Choice Investments. Committed to education, Jan serves on the Board for the Public Education Foundation; she has earned numerous awards and accolades while serving on several boards, including the Neon Museum, Las Vegas Stadium Authority, Vegas Chamber, and the Nevada Resort Association. In 2014, she was one of the first women to be inducted into the American Gaming Association (AGA) Gaming Hall of Fame. Jones Blackhurst holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Stanford University.

Chuck Ley began his career in the 1980s at Petronic International, where he quickly rose to the position of Senior World Wide Executive Vice President. There, he was instrumental in the advancement of securing transactional data for the first manufactured offshore credit card terminals. By 2004, Chuck had brought together his business acumen and decades of experience with credit card processing technology and founded Cornerstone Merchant Services. NAPOLEON MCCALLUM Director of Community Development Las Vegas Sands Corporation Napoleon McCallum is currently working for the Las Vegas Sands Corp as their Director of Community Development and has worked with the organization for over 17 years. He is always searching for ways to help the community and the professions in which he has served. Recently he has accepted positions as a Peak Performance & Brain Health Ambassador for Neurologics and Advisory Committee member for The National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership. Napoleon also serves as a Trustee for the Vegas Chamber, Board Member of the Andson Foundation, and Advisory member of the Las Vegas Bowl Committee in Las Vegas. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Napoleon served five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. As an Ensign he was the Assistant Food Service Officer aboard the USS Peleliu an Amphibious Assault Ship. As an LTJG on board the Nuclear Guide Missile Cruiser, USS California he served as the Disbursing and Retail Sales Officer. At his last duty station in San Diego, he served as the Enlisted Programs Officer for Recruiting District San Diego. During his college football career, he was a two-time Consensus All-American and set an NCAA record with 7,172 career all-purpose yards. Finished 6th and 7th in the Heisman Trophy balloting. Drafted in the 4th round by the Raiders in 1986, he played in the NFL for five years. A knee injury ended his career on Monday Night Football in 1994. After his injury, Napoleon with wife Yvonne started the company Digital Pro Graphics in Las Vegas. The company produced large-format graphics for vehicles, advertisements, and the convention business. Napoleon and Yvonne have four girls, Breanna, Cheyenne, Sierah, and Jasmine.

MIKE MURPHY President and General Manager Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Michael “Mike” Murphy is President and General Manager of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nevada, a role he has held since 2006. Anthem is Nevada’s second-largest health insurance carrier, serving approximately 700,000 members. Mike is the longest-tenured Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan president in the country. He began his career as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch before joining The Associated Group (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana) in 1996. Over the years, Mike held senior leadership roles within Anthem, Inc., including Vice President of Sales for UniCare’s Consumer Services division, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kentucky, and leadership positions in consumer and Medicare markets. A Chicago native, Mike attended Butler University on a soccer scholarship, earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. He later received an MBA in management from the University of Notre Dame. Mike is deeply committed to corporate and community leadership, serving on numerous boards in Nevada and beyond. He works closely with a number of organizations in the gaming, retail and wholesale, real estate, and construction industries, providing exceptional client service through a holistic approach and attention to detail. Bill assists with fraud examinations as part of the firm’s litigation support practice and has helped identify the perpetrator of fraud and determined loss amounts in multiple fraud issues. SHAUNDELL NEWSOME Founder & Visionary Sumnu Marketing

Shaundell Newsome is Founder & Visionary of Sumnu Marketing, a three-time SBA Nevada Award winner; Small business Champion of the Year (2008), Family-Owned Business of Year (2015) and Entrepreneurial Spirit of the Year (2023). He started his first business in 1982, as a teenager while attending the High School of Graphic Communication Arts. He created fliers, posters and tape covers for early hip hop and rap artists in his Bedford Stuyvesant (Bed-Stuy) Brooklyn neighborhood. Prior to starting the marketing firm, Shaundell served a decade in the United States Air Force and worked for Station Casinos as a Marketing Director. New technology and innovation became his calling card over the past 30 years in Southern Nevada. In the Air Force he participated in Top Secret missions to develop Stealth and drone technology. He was a member of the Station Casinos Board Pass launch team that created gaming’s most successful loyalty program. Finally, he is one of the architects of the Vegas Chamber’s Leadership Advance Program and a graduate of its inaugural class. In the early 2000’s In Business Las Vegas and Las Vegas Business Press featured Newsome’s Twelve Steps of Marketing and named him a marketing expert. In 2008 he was recognized as one of the “Top 40 under 40 businessperson in In Business Las Vegas.” Shaundell recently served as co-chairman for the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee Community Affairs Subcommittee for Super Bowl 58 and Chairman of the Urban Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees and as a co-chairman for the Small Business for America’s Future, a national advocacy nonprofit that focuses on policy for small business owners. He is married to Las Vegas native Arlene Newsome. Together they raised 8 children. He is a dedicated Christian who actively participates in his community. Karla Perez serves as the Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services. In her current role, Karla provides oversight to the operations of Spring Valley, Summerlin, Valley, Centennial Hills, Henderson Hospitals and Valley Health Specialty Hospital in Las Vegas, Desert View Hospital in Pahrump, Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, Nevada and Sierra Medical Center in Reno. She also provides oversight to ambulatory assets across the state including Freestanding EDs, OP Pharmacy, Therapy, Wound Care, and several physician practices. Karla has worked in the Las Vegas community for 40 years, beginning her career in 1983 as a medical record clerk at Valley Hospital. Through the years, she assumed a wide variety of duties ranging from business development to overall hospital operations. These responsibilities have allowed her to advance her career with numerous promotions over the years to her previous positions as CEO of Desert Springs Hospital and Spring Valley Hospital. In those roles, she was named to the UHS Chairman’s Council, a recognition reserved for the top CEOs in the company. She was also the recipient of the Eagle Award from Universal Health Services, an award given to CEOs for achievement of excellence and commitment. Karla graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a B.S. degree in Health Records Administration. She was honored by the University with the “Graduate of the Decade” Award and also received the Distinguished Alumni Award. She received her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis. Karla received the Woman of Distinction Award, from the National Association of Women Business Owners in the Medical, Professional Services Category and was recognized as a “Healthcare Hero” for Southern Nevada. AMANDA SIGNORELLI Co-CEO Golden Steer Amanda Signorelli is the Co-CEO of Golden Steer, a multi-faceted hospitality and food brand anchored by the oldest steakhouse on the Las Vegas Strip. Since 1958, the original Golden Steer has welcomed legends like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Frank Sinatra. Today, Golden Steer operates three lines of business: the flagship Las Vegas steakhouse, a rapidly growing e-commerce division offering premium steaks and signature seasonings, and a newly opening location in New York City. BRIGADIER GENERAL LAWRENCE T. SULLIVAN Commander, 57th Wing Nellis Air Force Base Nevada

Brig. Gen. Lawrence T. Sullivan is the Commander, 57th Wing, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. He is responsible for 36 squadrons at 12 installations constituting the Air Force’s most diverse flying wing. The wing flies and maintains more than 182 aircraft of the following types: A-10, F-15C/D, F-15E, F-16C/CG/CJ, F-22A, F- 35A, and HH-60G. The wing also utilizes E-3, RC-135, E-8, B-1, B- 2, B-52, C-130, KC-135, C-17, AC-130J, MC-130, CV-22 and U-28, as well as the MQ-9 remotely piloted aircraft at 12 stateside bases to support the U.S. Air Force Weapon School Syllabus. Brig. Gen. Sullivan is responsible for three groups: 57th Operations Group, 57th Maintenance Group and the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. In addition, he oversees the U.S. Air Force Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Operations School; U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, known as the “Thunderbirds”; Red Flag and Green Flag exercises; and the U.S. Air Force aggressors. Brig. Gen. Sullivan graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1999. He has served as an F-16 Weapons Officer, Director of Operations, Squadron Commander, Vice Wing and Wing Commander during flying assignments at Osan Air Base, Korea, Eielson AFB, Alaska, Misawa AB, Japan, Nellis AFB, Nevada, Kunsan AB, Korea, and Shaw AFB, South Carolina. He was selected as the top F-16 Weapons School Graduate for 2006, was named outstanding F-16 Weapons School Instructor, and conducted a strike mission to Afghanistan that received the Mackay Trophy on display at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. Brig. Gen. Sullivan previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, enabling the Secretary to execute duties for Nuclear Command and Control, Civil Aircraft Engagement Authority, and Ballistic Missile Defense. He also handled compartmented materials and sensitive correspondence for the Secretary.

Bryant Thornton is the Area President for Republic Services, Inc. leading the Mountain West area (Nevada, S. Utah, N. Arizona, Colorado, N. New Mexico, and S. Wyoming). In this role, Bryant has full P&L responsibility across all product and service offerings. His functional responsibilities include sales, pricing, finance, operations, safety, human resources, and business development. Bryant’s journey in the waste management industry began in 1997 as a residential driver, a role that laid the foundation for his career. His dedication and hard work led to positions of increasing responsibility. After a successful tenure with Waste Management, Bryan brought his wealth of experience to Republic Services in 2009. Since then, he has consistently taken on roles with more responsibility, demonstrating his commitment to growth and excellence. Bryant demonstrates an unwavering commitment to community service, with over 30 years of volunteer law enforcement experience as a Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary State Trooper. His dedication to public welfare is further evident in his role as a Southern Nevada Red Cross Board of Directors member. Vjollca began her banking career in 2002 at Fleet Bank–Bank of America, later joining her family business before relocating to Las Vegas in 2009. She held leadership roles at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, where she managed business and middlemarket banking relationships, drove strategic initiatives, and mentored junior bankers. Her efforts advanced diversity and women’s leadership initiatives across multiple markets. A native of Albania, Vjollca immigrated to the U.S. as a student, overcoming significant challenges through resilience and determination. She is passionate about empowering others and giving back to the community. Her contributions have earned numerous accolades, including Golden Spoke and Pinnacle Awards, and a nomination for NAWBO’s Women of Distinction Award. Vjollca serves on the Nevada Bankers Association Board and has held leadership roles with Nevada Succeeds, Women’s Chamber of Commerce, NAWBO Las Vegas, and Vegas Chamber. She actively supports financial literacy through Junior Achievement and UNLV Business School. BRIGADIER GENERAL D. RODGER WATERS Brigadier General The Adjutant General Nevada National Guard Recently selected to serve as the 31ST Adjutant General for the State of Nevada, Brigadier General D. Rodger (Dan) Waters commissioned as a second lieutenant of Aviation upon graduation from Officer Candidate School in August 1992. BG Waters has commanded at the company, battalion, brigade, and joint task force levels and served in multiple positions as an Aviation, Armor, and Infantry Officer with assignments in the United States, Panama, Kosovo,Afghanistan, Germany, and Belgium. He is certified by the U.S. Northern Command as a Dual Status Commander and Defense Support to Civil Authorities specialist. Staff assignments include a tour with the 11TH Armored Cavalry Regiment as part of Operation Noble Eagle, with the 82ND Airborne Division as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, and with the Director of Strategy, Plans, and Security Cooperation at U.S. European Command. BG Waters also served as Staff Director to the U.S. House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on Intelligence and Counterterrorism, as Chair for the Department of Military Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and as a Brookings Institute Legislative Fellow. BG Waters’ decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with one Silver Oak Leaf Cluster, and Air Medal. He earned the Army Senior Aviator Badge, Army Aviation Badge, Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Air Assault Badge, U.S. Navy Scuba Badge, and Ranger Tab. Success is second nature to James “Jay” A. Barrett, Jr., who’s been a leader in Nevada’s unique financial industry for decades. He first established an expertise in serving private companies and their owners, from business formation and estate planning to raising capital, as a CPA from 1975 to 1985. From there, he joined Marnell Companies, a privately-held company owning a portfolio of companies in architecture, construction, real estate development, and various investment activities. He served as the senior financial executive and a member of the Board of Directors from 1986 to 2011. While at Marnell Companies, among his many responsibilities, Jay was CFO of TRIRIGA, a software development company, which was sold in an all-cash transaction to IBM in 2011. He was also Co-founder, President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Rio Hotel & Casino, Inc, -- America’s first all-suite hotel casino. Founded in 1986, it was sold to Harrahs Entertainment in 1999. In July 2011, Jay founded The JABarrett Company to offer his wealth of experience in corporate finance, real estate, growth, organization and governance, strategy, and performance improvement. Outside of work, Jay has dedicated himself to improving the quality and long-term strength of the Las Vegas community. Today, he works closely with the Vegas Chamber, the Council for a Better Nevada, and St. Rose Hospitals. He is also a member of the James Renwick Alliance and the United Way of Southern Nevada Tocqueville Society. Barrett is a BSBA graduate, with an accounting degree, from the University of Florida and has maintained his license as a CPA since 1975.

President & CEO Opportunity Village

Robert M. (Bob) Brown is the President and CEO of Opportunity Village, Nevada’s largest organization providing employment, training, and other essential services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He also oversees Betty’s Village, the state’s largest residential community supporting individuals with disabilities. Bob is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Bob is the former Publisher of the Las Vegas Review-Journal and has previously served as Board Chairman of the Vegas Chamber. He served on the National Council on Disability, appointed to the position by Congress. He is currently the President of Together for Choice, a national nonprofit dedicated to preserving employment and residential choices for people with disabilities. Bob has also served on the Boards of Directors for Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and The Public Education Foundation. In addition, Governor Brian Sandoval appointed him to Nevada’s 150th Anniversary Committee. Bob is also proud to serve as Vice President on the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers Executive Committee.

SEN. RICHARD BRYAN

Retired Former Nevada Governor and U.S. Senator

Former U.S. Senator Richard Bryan began his legal career in 1964 as a Deputy District Attorney in Clark County. Two years later, he was named Clark County’s first Public Defender. In 1968, Senator Bryan was elected to the Nevada State Assembly and re-elected in 1970. He was elected to the State Senate in 1972 and re-elected in 1976. The former prosecutor won his first statewide election as Nevada’s Attorney General, where he played a major role in successfully defending Nevada’s gaming regulatory structure in the federal courts, effectively eliminating organized crime in Nevada’s Gaming industry.In 1982, Senator Bryan was elected to his first of two terms as the Governor of Nevada. Under his leadership as Governor, economic diversification and the attraction of new businesses to Nevada became a priority. In 1988, he was elected to the first of two terms in the U.S. Senate. Senator Bryan was the only Senate member to simultaneously serve on the following U.S. Senate Committees: Finance; Commerce; and Banking. He is the author of the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act, generating several millions of dollars for parks and recreation. Senator Bryan served in the U.S. Army and earned degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno (B.A.) and UC Hastings College of Law (LL.B.). He chairs the Commission on Nuclear Projects and Preserve Nevada and serves on boards for the Las Vegas Centennial Committee and the Mob Museum. He and his late wife Bonnie have three children, Richard, a cardiologist; Leslie, an attorney; and Blair, a school teacher; and six grandchildren.

Former CEO Bank of Nevada

John Guedry has 40 years of experience in the financial services and banking industries in Nevada. Now retired CEO, Mr. Guedry joined Bank of Nevada in 2011, serving as both President and CEO. Prior to joining Bank of Nevada, he was the President / CEO and served on the Board of Directors of Business Bank of Nevada until City National Bank purchased it in 2007, where he remained as Executive Vice President until 2010. In 2023 John was appointed to serve as Receiver and special committee member for Prime Trust and recently completed work as an expert witness in a banking litigation matter and is currently serving as Receiver for Fortress Trust. He served as chairman of the Board of the Vegas Chamber and was a member of its Government Affairs Committee., He is past-Chairman of the Nevada Bankers Association, a former Board of Trustee for UNLV Foundation and Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, and a former Board of Director for Clark County Public Education Foundation, among others. He currently serves as Executive Committee / Board member of The Darren Waller Foundation and Committee Member for the UNLV Football Foundation as well as Committee Member and past Chairman of the LV Bowl. He is a Leadership Las Vegas graduate. John was an avid cyclist, completing tours and competitions in multiple states and countries. A native of New Orleans, Mr. Guedry moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1974. He graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1982, with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He and his incredible wife of 41 years, Debra, have two talented daughters, Jennifer and Jaclyn & two active twin grandsons Bradley and Brayden.

STEVE HILL

Chief Executive Officer/ President Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Steve Hill is Chief Executive Officer and President of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the organization that markets Las Vegas and Southern Nevada as a premier destination for tourism, conventions, sports, and special events. The LVCVA also owns and operates the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), the nation’s leading meetings facility. Steve chairs the Las Vegas Stadium Authority, which oversees Allegiant Stadium and the upcoming ballpark for the A’s. Under his leadership, the LVCC completed its $1 billion West Hall expansion in 2021 and began a $600 million renovation of its legacy campus in 2023. He introduced Elon Musk’s Vegas Loop underground transportation system to the LVCC and is working to expand the 65-mile tunnel network throughout the Strip, Downtown, and Allegiant Stadium. Steve also led the LVCVA’s acquisition of the Las Vegas Monorail in 2020. Partnering with resorts and community leaders, Steve has secured marquee events including Super Bowl LVIII, the NFL Draft and Pro Bowl, the 2027 College Football Playoff National Championship, the NCAA Final Four in 2028, and the annual Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix—cementing Las Vegas as the Sports and Entertainment Capital. Steve moved to Las Vegas in 1987 to start Silver State Materials, which he owned until 2008. In 2011, he helped form and later directed the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, where he attracted major companies such as Tesla, Apple, and Take Two Interactive to Nevada. He is a former chairman of the Vegas Chamber.

FAFIE MOORE

Executive Vice President Southern Nevada ERA Brokers Consolidated

Fafie Moore has been a Realtor for over 35 years of which 27 years were as Broker Owner. She currently serves as Executive Vice President for Southern Nevada for ERA Brokers Consolidated, a multistate brokerage with a 38-year history of accomplishment and leadership. A native Nevadan born in Reno; Fafie moved back to Las Vegas in 1989. She is well known in the real estate industry as a national speaker and trainer. She was named to the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Hall of Fame in 2007 and awarded the Nevada Distinguished Realtor Award by the Nevada Association of Realtors in 2008. She is a recipient of the US Small Business Administration “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award. She and her husband, Jeff, have been named as national Broker Owners of the year over 10 times by their previous franchise affiliation. In 2008, Fafie was named by In Business Magazine as one of the Top 50 Women in Las Vegas. Fafie has a strong commitment to the community. Currently she serves on the advisory boards for City National Bank and Touro University. She was the 2008 chairperson of the Vegas Chamber and is also a Leadership Las Vegas graduate. She is a member and past President of the Nevada Forum of the International Women’s Forum and the Las Vegas Executive Association. Included among her community board service is Chairing for five years the PGA golf tournament Kick Off Your Heels luncheon benefiting the Shriners Hospital for Children, FIT (Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow) and the Las Vegas Philharmonic. She served for 10 years on the US Civil Rights Commission Western Regional Advisory Board. She has served both the local, state, and national Realtor Association and WCR leadership boards and committees. She holds both her BA and MA degrees from Arizona State University specializing in vocational education.

BILL NOONAN

Former SVP Industry & Government Boyd Gaming Cooperation Bill Noonan retired in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Industry & Governmental Affairs for Boyd Gaming Corporation, a role he held since 2014. He oversaw corporate governmental affairs, key departments, and charitable giving. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Administration beginning in 2005. Bill’s career includes extensive municipal government experience, including serving as City Manager of Las Vegas and in similar roles in Cape Coral and Perry, Florida. He served as a Management Trustee for Unite Here Health, administering benefits for Culinary Union members nationwide. Bill was appointed by Governor Sandoval to the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee and previously served on theSouthern Nevada Health District board. In 2013, Bill joined the Vegas Chamber Board of Trustees, serving on the Executive Committee and was Chairman of the Chamber in 2017. He was Vice-Chairman of the Nevada Resort Association and represented the organization on the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Board, where he served as Vice-Chairman and chaired the Audit Committee. Additionally, he was a Commissioner on the statewide SAGE Commission reviewing K-12 funding efficiencies. Bill is still active as Business Consultant and investor in two start-up business ventures in Clark County as well as being appointed to the Governing Board at University Medical Center.

Executive Director of Digital Gaming Las Vegas Review-Journal

Jim Prather joined the Las Vegas Review-Journal in April 2017 as a consultant and launched the company’s video studio. He was promoted to the staff position of executive director of programming in October 2018 and started overseeing the newsroom’s digital team in January 2019. In 2023, he was named Vice President/Digital Strategy. Prior to joining the Review-Journal, Jim worked for 25 years with Journal Broadcast Group. In 2003, he moved to Las Vegas and served as executive vice president/general manager for KTNV-TV, Channel 13 (the valley’s ABC affiliate) and supervised Journal Broadcast Group stations in the western region of the United States.

Senior Managing Director Newmark

Larry Singer, Senior Managing Director of the office group and Broker of Record for Newmark, joined the firm’s Las Vegas office in October 2008. His primary responsibilities include advising owners, buyers and tenants in the leasing and acquisition of office properties. Larry has more than 45 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent and is a member of one of Southern Nevada’s most successful commercial real estate teams. He attributes his team’s success to its attention to details and the needs of its clients. During his diverse career in commercial real estate, Larry has maintained relationships with various national and local clients. Larry has been involved with some of Southern Nevada’s most prominent transactions, including the sale of the Vegas Chamber building to Wynn Resorts, the acquisition of 28,000 square feet of lease space on behalf of the Vegas Chamber, the $21.0 million build-to-suit transaction on behalf of the Nevada Department of Corrections and more. Larry represented University Medical Center in acquiring 60,000 square feet of office space and Hakkasan Holdings for 55,000 square feet of office space. In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees for the Vegas Chamber, Larry has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern Nevada and the Small Business Development Center. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada and past Chairman the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV. He is a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas program and serves on the Board of the Vegas Chamber Leadership Foundation.

BRUCE SPOTLESON Vice President Fund & Partner Development The Neon Museum

Bruce Spotleson is Associate Director of Expansion for The Neon Museum, an accredited non-profit institution that illuminates the cultural essence of Las Vegas through its iconic signage, diverse collections and stories that define its vibrant past, present and future. Bruce previously held senior executive positions at newspaper and media companies in both northern and southern Nevada. Before joining The Neon Museum in 2019, he was Director of Corporate Partnerships at Vegas PBS. Prior to that, he was Group Publisher for Greenspun Media Group, where he was instrumental in the launch and development of numerous local media. He previously served as the publisher of the Tahoe Daily Tribune, as well as both the Las Vegas Business Press and Vegas INC, two publications covering the local business community. His weekly column for those publications earned three first-place awards in the annual Nevada Press Association journalism competition. Bruce was the 2014 Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Vegas Chamber, is a past president of its Business Council, and a graduate of its Leadership class of 1999. He served as founding Chairman of the Board of Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center from 2003-2006, and was named Henderson’s “Private Sector Person of the Year” in 2007.

VICTORIA VANMEETREN Special Advisor Roseman University of Health Sciences Victoria has been involved in healthcare for many years in Southern Nevada. Starting out as a registered nurse she moved quickly through the ranks iVictoria VanMeetren has been involved in healthcare for many years in Southern Nevada. Starting out as a registered nurse she moved quickly through the ranks in the hospital world to become a COO and eventually CEO. She worked for a couple of Healthcare systems including 15 years for the Valley Health system (UHS) and 18 years for the Dignity Health System. During her career in Las Vegas the general theme was growth and building. In her roles she was responsible for building additions, remodels and eventually two green field hospitals. After her role as a CEO for the first 10 years of the hospital, Victoria left the acute care setting and now works for Roseman University College of Medicine. She is a part of the administrative team who is opening a private not-for-profit Medical School in Southern Nevada. Her work in Business Development with GENESIS is an answer to the challenge of how to effectively merge health services and social services for high-risk and low-income communities. Through the work of GENESIS healthcare teams are dispatched and will identify and help to improve the many medical, social, economic, and environmental factors, or social determinants of health in these communities and assist in removing the barriers and teaching resiliency while improving the health of these households. Victoria holds a nursing degree, a Healthcare Administration degree and an MBA as a three-time UNLV graduate. Throughout her career, she has been involved with many community boards and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Vegas Chamber, is on the steering committee for the Chamber’s Executive Women’s Council. Having graduated from their Leadership Las Vegas program, class of 2002, she stays involved with Leadership Health Day. She has been recognized as one of the most influential healthcare and businesspeople in Southern Nevada, including being named Nevada Mother of the Year and 2008 Woman of Distinction.
