OUR STORY In 1946 – World War II veterans - started Veterans Electrical Contractors Association with an extremely focused vision. Their dream was to build a business founded in quality, driven by value, and anchored by trust. These values were the foundation for VECA, and proved to be the model for success. In 1989, Thomas Fairbanks purchased the company, and following his unique values, VECA has become what it is today. REVIT/3D CADD & BIM MODELS At VECA, we consistently leverage the latest technology and industry tools to enhance the efficiency of every project. We aim to provide our clients the best visual representation of the project, and afford the construction team the most complete plans to ensure the correct approach is in place. Using the latest technology and tools to map out projects helps us work better with our clients, as well as other participants involved. Our dedicated design team uses Revit, 3D CADD and BIM imagery which allows us to work with project architects to deliver accurate plans. Our expertise identifies effective hardware locations to get the most out of each placement, saving time and money by viewing the execution before anything is installed.

FABRICATION Careful pre-planning means more of your project can be prepared or assembled in a controlled environment and ease pressure on the project site resources. Whether during the design, estimation, preconstruction or construction phases, our prefabrication methods can identify opportunities to lower costs, build in value, and support your project schedule The following is a list of benefits we offer our clients: DURATION • The entire construction of a room/unit is shortened in comparison to traditional construction methods. Each structure/assembly is efficiently designed to be assembled quickly and installed easily.
PRODUCT DELIVERIES • Deliveries are made using the “Just-In-Time” method so there is no accumulation of materials that stockpiles on a jobsite and creates a trafficking hazard for other contractors.
PRODUCTIVITY • Obstacles or interferences that occur on a jobsite will not affect production in the fabrication facility ( scheduling delays, tool coordination, space limitations, etc.).
LABOR LOGISTICS • Hours transferred to our production facility reduces the burden on limited site floor space and resources.
SAFETY • The facility offers a controlled environment with constant supervision so that each electrician is focused on the quality and not the quantity of their product. WASTE • Excess materials are kept to an absolute minimum. Following “Lean Principals” to only have on hand what is needed and to reuse/ recycle any extra material.
