Scope of Work (AMC Visits Include):
• General inspection of system performance
• Lubrication of mechanical moving parts
• Alignment of machine components
• Image calibration for optimal diagnostic output
• Machine alignment check and correction
• Generator test and performance verification
• Complete Hardware (H/W) testing
• Software (S/W) updates and reinstallation, if needed
• Recommendations for replacement (if any)
• No. of Preventive Maintenance Visits per Year - 2 Visits
• No. of Breakdown Visits per Year - 4 Visits (or as required)
• Spares CoverageAll spare parts will be replaced FOC under CAMC. Defective parts must be returned to Vatech India.

• Cleaning of sensor, arm, and rotating parts
• Lubrication of mechanical joints and moving parts
• System alignment check
• Image calibration test
• Generator function test
• Complete hardware functionality test
• Software version check & update
• Safety and radiation compliance verification
• Service report submission post each visit
Protect Your OPG/CBCT from Rodent Damage!
Keep your clinic’s imaging machines safe and performing at their best with these simple precautions:
• SEAL THE BACKSIDE:
Install a strong wooden back cover to block rodent entry points.
• STABILIZE & GROUND PROPERLY:
Use a quality stabilizer with proper grounding to avoid electrical faults caused by rodent disturbance.
• NO FOOD IN THE IMAGING ROOM:
Avoid eating or storing food in the OPG/CBCT room, as it attracts rodents and increases the risk of internal machine damage.
