The 100% online MOL program can be completed in as little as one year and is open to students from any background. You will learn from both leadership scholars at Valpo and visiting experts, connecting you to mentors who are invested in your growth. In the MOL curriculum, you will dive into the latest research in the field and explore key leadership topics, such as driving innovation, personal authenticity, and followership.
