ATHLETICS The Valley Christian Athletics program serves three primary purposes. First, it teaches life lessons through meaningful competition, emphasizing effort, teamwork, sportsmanship, preparation, dignity, self-confidence, and resilience in the face of adversity. Second, the program serves as an outreach ministry of VCS, dedicated to sharing the Gospel through words and actions in all interactions and situations, while fostering a Christ-centered environment for athletic competition and community. Finally, the program seeks to provide students with exemplary Christian role models through its coaching staff, striving to cultivate Christ-like character in our athletes.
